I was careless let my phone to hurt the MacBook Pro on the keyboard. And than the systerm said that have problem there need to restart. When i restart it. The MacBook Pro cannot open the systerm and goes white screen to me. So what can i do now?

I recently upgraded to a hosted Exchange solution and they offer a download of Entourage 2008 that will allow Exchange Server interaction. When I loaded that version over top of my install, Entourage will not open. It gives me an error about the identity not being able to open the item.
So I've been thinking about how i am going to be using my new MBA as my main machine for a couple of months and i currently use an external monitor with it.
The MBA is advertised to run an external, such as an ACD.
I jut looked at the ports and i find it really strange that the MagSafe connector is on the left, but the mini display port is on the right... Now you will have cables on both sides? How does this work with the set of MagSafe + display port + USB in an ACD? I don't think they are long enough to go around? Or would you have to plus in the other MagSafe and just use the right side for display port and USB. That is silly though.

(Mac Pro G5, Model 5.1 2x2.4 GHz Quad Core with 24 GB RAM OS 10.6.8) Apps that I've been working with started not saving files, trying to open files not working. If I drag and drop a file on the app icon it will open. Sometimes I get a "Could not Open because of a disk read error" and "Could not save because of a disk read error" message. If I do a shortcut Cmd+S file will save or if I close window with out saving, I get the prompt to "save file...OK" and that works. If I go to Page setup, the dialog box comes up but is blank, with a Settings drop down that doesn't really do anything. I've used disk utility to repair permissions,..several times. I have set up another account and get the same results. It seems to be hitting all my apps. I have run techtool pro and everything it can check is fine. I have Sophos Antivirus on this Mac and it finds nothing.

Have just downloaded "The Beatles Yellow Submarine" Free book from iTunes (It has been waiting to download for ages) But, now it is downloaded and showing under Books I find it is impossible to open/view/enjoy the book. Is it not possible to view books on my MacBook Pro? and if the answer is no, then why was it offered to me via iTunes. I have a macbook air and everything was working fine until all of a sudden my computer froze. I then rebooted my computer by holding down the power key because it would not allow me to open or close any programs. After i rebooted whenever i open safari, itunes, or ichat the computer freezes. i don't know what is going on because firefox and other programs seem to be working fine but certrain programs i open freezes up the computer. the dock stops working and the clock does not even run. i am able to move the mouse around but i can not click and open or close anything.

I deleted mailbox and tried to add it again without any luck. I then tried to add my wife's account without any problems. The settings are exactly the same. I already called Verizon and they could not figure it out. What is odd is this is an issue both on my iPhone 4s and MacBook Pro.Â

every time i try to get on safari, it wont open.
if i quit it, a message pops up saying " the application Safari has quit unexpectedly "

I recently installed Norton AntiVirus and think it may have changed a setting that I couldn't find. I uninstalled Norton and it didn't help. Every time I open Safari, iTunes or any other program that tries to connect to the Internet, it crashes. Strangely enough, Skype still works, but nothing else. I have OSx 10.6.8.  I have tried erasing plists, and all the standard troubleshooting, ie resetting modem, restarting computer, reloading Safari from disk.Â

I am completely unable to open any PDF with my new MacBook Pro, which is running Leopard (OS X 10.5.1). Preview doesn't work, Safari doesn't work, QuickTime doesn't work. If I must uninstall and clean install, I'd really appreciate any guidance anyone could give about this process. For instance, will I lose everything that's stored in my programs (i.e., all my personal files, preferences, and emails) when I uninstall? And what's the best way to go about backing up my info, uninstalling, and installing?
