This seems to be an ongoing issue Apple. FaceTime was working fine until yesterday when it decided at all incoming and outgoing calls would fail and now it is stuck on server encountered an error processing registration try again later.

I'm envisioning a scenario where users can drop multi-page, image based PDF files into a shared folder. That folder is "watched" on a OS X Lion server and new files are OCR processed and then moved to another location.My googling so far hasn't showed much promise. Most solutions I'm finding are for windows. Has anyone solved this problem yet? Currently my users are doing the processing in Adobe Acrobat X Pro by hand. It's crushing their laptops and proving to be quite inefficient.

My facetime was working fine until recently it asked for a login and this time when I did login with my Apple id, it prompted for email verification. However it is not able to complete the verification and keeps giving the following error message : Could not verify the email address. Please check your network connection and try again.
I have checked the support forums and they all point towards preferences. Problem is that the preferences option for face time is grayed out and I am not able to use them.

We are currently running a 10.7.4 Server with 10.7.4 clients. The problem is with the calendar system's sharing funtion. Some users will consistently receive an error message "403" Stating that the user does not have permission to edit the item when they edit an item or change an existing event to another user's shared calendar. After some troublshooting I found that if I made the claendar in question the default calendar in iCal, I was able to create vents without problem. I have tried removing the problemed users from that calendar's list of shared users, and changing permissions back and forth from Read to Read/Write without any success. There are no iCloud or MobileMe accounts on any of the client machines, a pertinent negative as searching for a resolution to this issue yeilds many similar problems related to those services.
Summary:Creating or editing an event in a shared calendar within iCal (while not the host of sdaid calendar) results in a error code 403. However, when the user in question changes their default calendar to the shared calendar, there is no issue creating new events. The issue is only persistant with a few users. Other users have no issue manipulting existing records in the same shared calendar.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI wonder if with regards to accessing FaceTime on multiple devices. We have a number of Mac products (iPad, iPhones and Mac Book Pro) at our house, all connected to one wireless network. Some of these devices can log into FaceTime but others cannot (notably the MacBook pro), using the same Apple ID details. The error message I get is that I should check my network connection. However, the connection is fine, and other devices have no problems with connecting to Facetime.

When I am using Safari and on yahoo and trying to use Fantasy Sports I get Internal server error when I click on my team. I have reset safari and tried firefox but the same thing occurs. On my other computer it works just fine.

I have a Mac mini running Leopard server (10 user) and I am getting an error in the system log: "May 3 14:52:25 mini01 org.apache.httpd[941]: SSLCertificateFile: file '/etc/certificates/Default.crt' does not exist or is empty". I do not have web services running, nor is Apache 1.2 running. I was trying to update to Apache 2.2 but it constantly failed so I just shut web services down (using this system for training NOT critical).How do I stop what appears to be Apache 2.2 from launching/looking for a non-existant SSL certificate?

the mac boots very slowly recently, but it went faster a month ago. I use Command+V to boot in verbose mode, it displays "[Icannot get audit control port", and then blocks. After waiting for about one minute, it goes on for Ethernet detection, etc. The "one-minute" bothered me a lot. Probably it's a hardware issue or not? We have installed a very new Mac mini 2011 with OS X Lion Server and we added four users there. This four users should share their calendars with each other so the system is designed as a CalDAV- and CardDAV-server. We have set up all necessary nameserver entries, installed all updates.
On our Lion workstations (Mac pro) we connected iCal with our new Lion Server, works like a charm, but only for two days.
Since yesterday we get 403 errors on MOVE (only). Means one creates a new entry at the calendar and try to "move" this entry to another users calendar. Immediately after storing we get "Server reports error" and "Answer: 403 in action CalDAVMoveEntityQueueableOperation" (translated from german). At the servers logfile we found only one entry per move which says:

We have checked all other logfiles and are unable to find any hint for this error.Yes the sharings are set well and we can reproduce this error. As an act of desperation we deleted all calendar entries, deleted users, restarted the server, re-created the users and calendars - same thing as before.

This popup continually arises periodically while I use the calendar app. I used to be subscribed to a calendar from google that I no longer am a part of, so I thought maybe that was a part of the issue I am trying to completely get rid of google calendar from my Mac's calendar so that these syncing issues no longer arise, since I do not utilize the google calendar.

On my MBP, I get the error "iCloud server not responding" in the iCloud section of System Preferences under Back to My Mac. My Mac Mini doesn't have this issue. Both are running Mavericks and on the same network. I can screen share over wifi but not over the Internet because of the above issue with the MBP.
I've spent way to much time with Apple's techs on this. Using another iCloud account doesn't work. Safe mode doesn't work. Using another OS account doesn't work. I do have iCloud setup on my Time Capsule router.
