ITunes Store & Mac App Store / Seeing Your Purchase History And Order Numbers

I have been trying to find my current charges for apps and wish to return the ones that are not suitable. I follow the steps as described and after signing I have gotten the message cannot find iTunes store and it leaves me there. The instructions given do not pertain to the setup of the iTunes store.
I have purchased the lion from Mac app store, But since i was eligible for a free upgrade, apple refunded me 30$. But now i am ready to upgrade from snow leopard to lion i can't see it in my app store under history purchases or even in the hidden section.
I have a credit card for one of my companies that I used to buy the iPhone and create an Apple ID for purchases on the app store. Subsequent to that I created a new company, with its own credit card, and created a new Apple ID specifically for purchases for that company. Now when I go to make a purchase on the app store with my iPhone how do I switch between the two Apple IDs so that the purchase I make uses the appropriate credit card?
I downloaded pages and numbers from the app store. Both apps downloaded to my phone and iPad but not on the iMac? I thought this was compatible with the iMac also? Did I download the wrong thing? Is there a seperate app for the imac?
I don't as of yet have a credit card, but I do have some App Store credit left from a gift card given to me on my birthday. How do I use that instead of a CC?
Two songs purchased from iTunes store today. Download looked OK, new purchases do show in Store>Purchased list. I added ratings, and songs went to smart playlist for top rated songs. BUT songs do not appear in Library>Music where all songs are. Search indicates they do not exist. It is from this library I drag to other lists. But without them there I am stumped. Never seen this before.
My password gets me into the iTunes store... but I can't make a purchase. The system askes for my user name & password, I enter it, and it just asks for the same info... over and over again. My signon & password seem to work for every other Apple site/function I've tested... but not for a purchase from iTunes.
I have some apps that I bought sometimes ago when I'm still living in newzealand. Now I moved to other country permernantly. Therefore, I have to change newzealand mac app store to us mac app store(Apple forces me, because my new credit card is us base). Â
Problem is, I have to switch back to newzealand store everytime I needed to install something, then switch back to US store to install some other thing. that's annoying.Â
Now, I can rebuy the apps that I've already have for my US store, but that's hideus, why should I pay twice for the same thing ? Is that the best if Apple let me transfer the apps ? what big deal about it ? beside's the country flag the apps are rather look and cost the same, why don't let me do it?
Is there a way to get your full iTunes purchase history from Apple? Things randomly stop showing up in our play lists. We've been using iTunes for years.We have numerous devices and teenagers making purchases. It is next to impossible to determine something is missing and to troubleshoot.
I just went through the process of buying an app as a gift to be delivered via email. Typed my personal message to the recipient, confirmed the delivery address. Got the review screen. Then when I clocked to purchase the app, I got a security screen asking me to select 3 security questions and an alternate email address. Got immediate emails from Apple noting the changes to my account. But I never got an email confirming the gift purchase. How do I tell if it went through? The item is not listed in my purchases, but maybe that's by design?  Did the security question dialog hijack the purchase process?Â
(Also checked my credit card website, and it doesn't look like there's a pending charge yet. But I'd hate to purchase this app twice.)
I am trying to make a purchase from the App Store in Snow Leopard 10.6.8, but can't make any purchases. When I try to purchase, I get the message, "Additional security information is needed. To use this Apple ID you must first login to the my info web page then provide additional security information." But when I click on Update Security Info, it brings me to a page at [URL] but the page will not load, and it says that Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server. I have also tried it in Firefox and it does not work there either. I went to the Apple Store online, and updated my account info with the proper credit card and information, but it has not helped. What is going on here. This is for my bosses account and not my account, and we need to purchase some software for this machine, but are completely unable.Â
just tried to purchase garage band from the App store by redeeming a gift card.Even though I'm logged in it either goes to update account or tells me to login to purchase even though I'm already logged in. when i login to purchase, it goes back to update account. seems to be going in a circle.
I reside in Spain and I've recently opened a joint account with a US resident here in Los Angeles at Charles Schwab bank.The financial consultant told us it's possible to deposit checks into schwab account through an app for iphone [URL]I've tried to download but it appears the following window: "your application has not been able to complete" and "The article you requested is not available at this time in Spanish Store, but is available in the U.S. Store. Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. What can I do? Is there a way to buy / download items from a different Itunes stores?Â
On 6 th April my BT homehub2 updated it's firmware and that's when the problems started. Broadband went down completely and powerlineadapters adapters for bt vision fried. After 2 telephone support calls we eventually got the home hub reset and connected to broadband. Bt supplied two new powerlineadapters and bt vision is now working. Laptop, iPhones and iPad (and bt vision) all connect fine and work completely well.Â
My iMac running OS X 10.7.3, appears to work in that it connects no problem to home hub and when you run diagnostics it says your Internet connection appears to be working normally... However I cannot get a web page to load - I have tried chrome, Firefox and safari. The bizarre thing is using Outlook I can send and receive email, also my apple devices are still syncing via the iCloud - that would suggest that the iMac is indeed connecting wirelessly to the router and sending and receiving data - just no web pages at all - also it can't connect to things like iTunes store or apples app store... Everything was working fine until the firmware update! Â
Also may/may not be related but when I log in now I always have to manually connect to router, it always connects fine but it used to do it automatically, also recently upgraded to Lion and I have my doubts there too?Â
I killed my old iPhone, and I had about 7 ringtones on it. They are nowhere to be found on my iTunes account. The only place that I can find them is in my purchase history.
Have just upgraded my macbook to Lion. I logged into the app store, bought, downloaded and installed Lion no problem.
After upgrade I returned to the app store to download ibooks author. I can find ibooks author but when I try and install the app I have to sign in and I get a "connection failed" error message.
The same happens in iTunes when I try and view my account - "The network connection failed"Â
I can access the internet with no problems - including secure sites. I can access software update with no problems.Â
I have made no changes to my network settings - could sign in and download apps before upgrade, unable to after upgrade.
I purchase Numbers because I have been unable to save my work. I install it and then when it goes to sleep or I turn off my computer it doesn't save my install and I have to reinstall the purchase all over again. Why? How can I fix this cause everyday I can't save my work....
I installed the app Ticket to Ride on my iMac. I bought extra maps for that game; an in app purchase.Now i installed Ticket to Ride also on my MacBook. That was easy and free! Now I also want the in app purchases free on my MacBook. Is that possible or do I have to buy them a second time?Â

Bought for account # 1 app iPhoto - no more access. Deleted the app and want to go to the current account to buy a # 2 application iPhoto, but instead of "Buy now" show "Accept". App Store says you need to buy again. How to buy, if the function is missing?
I just discovered the copy of imovie on my computer was installed by my son who got it from a torrent site. I unistalled it and now the app store will not let me purchase it through my account. I'm trying to make things right, but have hit a roadblock. I wanted to use the imovie app to work on some family video.
Looking at my account in the App Store, I found an item, which I have not downloaded, listed as purchased.I did not purchase this item.How do I get rid of it?
