Got problems with my MacbookPro. The Apple store changed the motherboard. Have now problems with many songs in my Itunes library. Do not have access anymore because Itunes says that I am using more than 5 computers which is not true. How to resolve?

Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. (which brings my balance to $16.48) My problem is whenever I try to buy this product I'm sent to the billing page. I don't have a credit card so I select "none" and try to purchase iMovie again. I have many songs on my iPodTouch that were not purchases from the iTunes store. These songs on my iPodTouch were originally on a different computer. They have been erased from the previous computer. I wish to move the songs from my iPodTouch to my MacbookPro.
When I plugged my iPodTouch into my MacbookPro (which has no songs), it started to sync (which I don't want to do). I canceled the sync, and I don't know what to do from there. I kind of want to do a reverse sync or something similar.

I used my hotmail email address as my Apple ID. But I am in the process of getting rid of this address as it receives too much mucky spam.
I have therefore changed my Apple ID to a new hotmail email address. I did not have any problems for a wk or so, but now when I click on the Mail icon, nothing happens. It is dead. Due to the time lapse, I don't even know if the two are related.
I have read that once you use an Apple ID, you can't use the new one for certain things. This is daft. Do I have to revert to my spammy old email address? But why after a wk is Mail acting dead? I have tried to change my Apple ID to my new one for my iCloud email address, which I now want to use for everyday use, but I can't see how I do it.
This problem only relates to my MacBook Pro. I can send and receive emails on my iPhone; and I have not even tried to change anything on it.
When I get into managing my Apple ID, Apple want to send me emails, but Mail isn't working. Now really fed up. Hackers must be really good, cos I can't get into my own emails!

I recently changed my Apple ID. When I try to make changes to my iCloud account on my Mac., I cannot access the account via System Preferences. I've changed the password once already. My iPhone's iCloud account is fine. At this point my iCloud account no longer is working with my Mac.

On 6 th April my BT homehub2 updated it's firmware and that's when the problems started. Broadband went down completely and powerlineadapters adapters for bt vision fried. After 2 telephone support calls we eventually got the home hub reset and connected to broadband. Bt supplied two new powerlineadapters and bt vision is now working. Laptop, iPhones and iPad (and bt vision) all connect fine and work completely well.
My iMac running OS X 10.7.3, appears to work in that it connects no problem to home hub and when you run diagnostics it says your Internet connection appears to be working normally... However I cannot get a web page to load - I have tried chrome, Firefox and safari. The bizarre thing is using Outlook I can send and receive email, also my apple devices are still syncing via the iCloud - that would suggest that the iMac is indeed connecting wirelessly to the router and sending and receiving data - just no web pages at all - also it can't connect to things like iTunes store or apples app store... Everything was working fine until the firmware update!
Also may/may not be related but when I log in now I always have to manually connect to router, it always connects fine but it used to do it automatically, also recently upgraded to Lion and I have my doubts there too?

Have just upgraded my macbook to Lion. I logged into the app store, bought, downloaded and installed Lion no problem.
After upgrade I returned to the app store to download ibooks author. I can find ibooks author but when I try and install the app I have to sign in and I get a "connection failed" error message.
The same happens in iTunes when I try and view my account - "The network connection failed"
I can access the internet with no problems - including secure sites. I can access software update with no problems.
I have made no changes to my network settings - could sign in and download apps before upgrade, unable to after upgrade.
