May 30, 2012When I switched to ICloud I thought my Apple ID and password would work for Apple store. It turns out they have a different Apple ID at the Apple store with a diferent password that I do not remember. HOw can I make the ICloud Apple ID and password work for all other platforms?

Apr 5, 2012I reside in Spain and I've recently opened a joint account with a US resident here in Los Angeles at Charles Schwab bank.The financial consultant told us it's possible to deposit checks into schwab account through an app for iphone [URL]I've tried to download but it appears the following window: "your application has not been able to complete" and "The article you requested is not available at this time in Spanish Store, but is available in the U.S. Store. Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. What can I do? Is there a way to buy / download items from a different Itunes stores?Â

(which brings my balance to $16.48) My problem is whenever I try to buy this product I'm sent to the billing page. I don't have a credit card so I select "none" and try to purchase iMovie again. But it just sends me back to the billing page. I don't want to buy another card in order to redeem something on the billing page so what do I do?

I have an apple ID and iTunes account for personal use where I purchase books and music and I have an office apple ID and iTunes account to share calendars with colleagues using iCloud and purchase work related apps like upgrades to operating systems, etc.
I have an iPhone that is set up with my personal apple ID so that my music is on my phone and so that the photo streaming is attached to personal photos, etc. Is there a way to sync my personal contacts with my contacts that are registered with my professional apple ID? Ideally, I would like to have my iOS devices syncing my calendar and contacts with my work apple ID and my music and photos with my personal ID.

My two computer which are up to date with Snow leopard match each other. My IPad and IPhone both have songs that are not on my computers. I only download songs from my ipad and main computer. Mar 23, 2012I tried to switch my imp mail account over to an icloud account.the install did not finish.when I try to create a new icloud mail account it says the server is busy. May 29, 2012Add me to the list of MobileMe subscribers who are not happy about the chance to iCloud. I was very happy with MobileMe. I'd much rather pay for a good product vs. being forced to use an inferior free product. I back up all my work data to MobileMe/iDisk and I am concerned that it will not be transferred and that I may run into problems in the future. A previous post that I just read said that data will not be transferred. Is this true?? Also why are photos and videos not being transferred? Can they at least be manually reloaded?

At still point, I have no inentention to upgrading to "Lion, Mountain Lion, Snow Mountain Lion, etc. I still use a couple of older apps like Appleworks and I like them better than any similar programs. I also still prefer to use Quicken 2007 which I was told won't work with Lion. Most of the computers I use are too old for Lion anyway.

Mar 9, 2012I have been having some difficulties with my new Mac Mini. I have had the computer since Oct. 2011, but I just recently got it hooked up to the internet. I have been trying to update some of my other Apple devices and I have encountered some difficulties doing so. Customer service has been working with me to resolve that problem, but I think they might have helped to create another. I have an Apple iD as does my wife, but my iD is the primary one one the Mac Mini. Her phone was the device that caused all of the original problems not wanting to update. Tech support has me to reinstall the operating system and when it did it took her Apple iD as the primary iD. I need to know how to switch or reset the computer, because now the installed apps GarageBand, iMovie, and iPhoto are listed under her iD and they won't allow me to update them unless I use her iD.Â
