Aug 29, 2014My return key is not working in playing the selected song. It is however, playing random songs throughout my library whenever I hit it trying to select a song.

MacBook :: Backspace And Return Keys Not Working
May 23, 2009The 'Return' and 'Backspace' keys on my mac have recently stopped working. Nothing was spilled on them and nothing seems to be wrong with them when pressed down. I also removed the keys and checked that there was nothing in the way, but there wasn't. I have rung apple and they said it would need to be taken into a store, but there isn't one near by and it will be a few weeks until i can take it in. In the meantime, is there any way that I could remap the keys in question to another couple of keys. For instance right command and right option?

Apr 11, 2012I downloaded a bunch of songs the other day and now realize one of the songs was the wrong version (wanted w/lyrics, got w/o). I KNOW I've done similiar before (downloaded dirty version, wanted clean) and I was able to click some where on something and get a credit for the incorrect song. I can't find it again. Mar 31, 2012Version 10.6.1 no longer allows use of the space bar to start and stop the currently playing music. Also, the return key can no longer be used to strart a song. I find it very convenient to use the space bar to stop and start the music.

Nov 14, 2009I've noticed that occasionally my IR sensor stops working, and no longer responds to changing the volume, skipping the track in iTunes, etc. It can be resolved by going into Security prefs, disabling and re-enabling the IR sensor. This is annoying, however, and I'm wondering if it's a known issue that might be fixed.
I noticed that when you disable and re-enable the IR sensor, the last few remote button pushes you made while it was broken come through in a burst.

May 13, 2009I installed 10.5.7 yesterday. Immediately after the installation was complete, my Apple bluetooth keyboard stopped working. Went into Bluetooth system settings, and it said that there was no bluetooth hardware found... (it's built into the machine!!)...
Also, every time I start iTunes, it gives some weird error about Adobe Flash player. I'm not at home now so I don't have the exact wording of the error with me, sorry...

It was 22 gig before and now after deletion it's still 22 gig. If I add up the file sizes in my head it's 15 gig used as expected but Finder etc. still claims 22 gig is used as if my 7 gig not delete!
