I recently purchased Final Cut Pro X 2-3 days ago because I was told by someone in the Apple store that it would read Final Cut Express 4 files. It does not and I am upset that I spent $300 and was mislead by an Apple representative at the Apple store.
I purchased Final Cut Pro X to use on my iMac. I would also like to have it on my laptop, but I can't find any way of doing this. Is the software limited to one device only?
I'm trying to use the app store to do the update on Final Cut Pro. We have a slow connection at home so I leave it downloading overnight, but when I get up in the morning it says theirs an error in the pkg. Is there anyway I can download the update directly (e.g. on my faster work connection) and then take that file home to do the update?Â
i recently purchased a gift card for the mac app store for $300 to buy Final Cut Pro X. I submitted the card's code, and my computer accepted it, however, when i went to buy the app, it sent me to my billing information. After confirming everything, I clicked "done" and it sent me back to the home screen with a loading wheel and it hasn't stopped since.
Having heard the problems with 10.1.3, and tho it's too late, it's not too late for the next updates: How do I uncheck automatic updates from App Store?Â
Is there a simple way to change the function of the return key so that it opens files rather than renames them, or, another way to open files/programs without using a mouse?
I used Unsanity Silk a few months ago to adjust my system fonts. I have since uninstalled it but am left with some of the system menus without their default fonts. Is there a way to return all of the fonts to their as-installed state without performing a reinstall?
I downloaded a bunch of songs the other day and now realize one of the songs was the wrong version (wanted w/lyrics, got w/o). I KNOW I've done similiar before (downloaded dirty version, wanted clean) and I was able to click some where on something and get a credit for the incorrect song. I can't find it again. Does anyone know how I can "return" the song and get my money back??
My return key is not working in playing the selected song. It is however, playing random songs throughout my library whenever I hit it trying to select a song.
I've never had to do a return receipt before. I needed one today and could not find a place on the menu system to allow this. I also checked down through several layers here and could find nothing on this topic.
i do not like the way my dock is atm (icon order etc and cant find a order i like) is there a way to get my dock back to the orignal (like fresah install) as i loved the way it was presented
I found the "reture/enter" key on my MBA keyboard stands somehow higher than other keys, and not sure if the key would touch the screen when closing the lid. Is there any problem with it and is it the same on your MBA?
I have a sparse disk image and inside of it I deleted a folder with 7 gig in it. I emptied the trash. However the used size did not change! It was 22 gig before and now after deletion it's still 22 gig. If I add up the file sizes in my head it's 15 gig used as expected but Finder etc. still claims 22 gig is used as if my 7 gig not delete!
Well the lady I talked to at Apple apparently didn't know what she was talking about, and after 3 attempts to install Leopard onto my ibook 4g. I discovered that the laptop does not come with enough RAM to install it. So, since it was never installed, but obviously has been opened.. is it going to be hard to try and return it?
I've searched this issue online, and it seems Mac Mail doesn't let you confirm that an email has been received. Is this true, there is absolutely no way to do this?
I downloaded a program that cleans up my Mac but in doing so it has deleted files some programs need to run. There are thousands of files in the trash and I would like to return them all to the HD or their original homes..
Does anyone have experience to go back to Snow Leopard Lion? With Carbon Copy Cloner, it is not possible. As I have stated there is only one way to reformat system partition and reinstall Leopard Snlow.
