ITunes :: Ringtones Purchased On IPhone 4 Not Appearing In Account?
Jun 19, 2012I have purchased several ringtones using my iphone 4 and they do not appear in my itunes account in the purchased section. I had to plug into a different computer than I usually do to charge my phone and all of my ringtones are now gone. Do I have to repurchase tones?

May 16, 2012I have a Mac with OS (10.7.3), itunes (10.6.1). I'm trying to create a ringtone using one of my mp3s. I have seen many instructions on the internet on how to do it. The problem is I don't have the ability to create a aac version of the mp3. I have the song at 29 seconds. When I highlight the song and right-click, I don't see "create aac version". Also when I go to advance I also don't see "create aac version". How do you create ringtones in 10.6.1?

Dec 5, 2014I purchased new ringtones from my iPhone 6+ and they don't show up on my phone. I connected the phone to iTunes in attempt to transfer the purchases to my computer. These are the screens that appear.
This first screen shows all of the tones that I have purchased. Some have already synced to my phone from previous purchases. I then selected a ringtone then "ADD TO" button - see next screen..This screen allows me to view what's in my library and those I've purchased. See next screenWhen I add to library, the system does not let me complete the request (next screen)I get this next screen and am stuck.

One thing that I am unable to solve, is that i can't move the ringtone from music to ringtone tab on the right. I tried dragging it, didn't work. Jun 22, 2014i use both an apple mail email and an IMAP email for my business. Â
I have had a recurring problem with filing mail:I am trying to file all email messages onto my iCloud folders on my mail. Â
1. When i file mail into a folder into won't stay in the folder. It comes back into my inbox.
Furthermore, if it does file messages (which is sporadic) then the messages will go into the folder but someones a copy will also reappear back in my inbox)Â
2. When i delete emails: the appear back in my inbox even though i have deleted them.Â
I do not receive an error message when this happens, the emails just pop back up & into my mailboxÂ
How I can do a work around to get message to stay in the folder i want them? Due to this issue my inbox has over 4000 emails in the inbox and i really need to file documents away.
I am operating on OS X 10.9.3 (13D65) and all my updates are up to date!

Mar 31, 2012I looked at the size of my library - huge! It's huge becuase I ripped all my CD's to iTunes as aiff to maintain quality a while back, but now I figured it was time to convert to Apple Lossless. I went to the iTunes music folder, filtered by bitrate to select out all the 1411 Kb aiff files, selected all of them, and right clicked to convert to Apple Lossless. The process went smoothly enough, but when I checked, the conversion had stripped all the playlist assignments for every tune. I had a bunch of empty playlists, and a huge list in "recent imports", all piled in to this single huge file. I shouldn't have to go back and re-assign every tune to it's previous playlists just because I wanted to convert format. There must be a workaround that leaves them with the playlist designations before they were converted.

May 20, 2012My iTunes media folder location is set to my iTunes media folder, which is stored on my external hard drive connected to my network via aiport extreme router. The problem is everytime I turn my mac off and back on my iTunes reverts the location back to my itunes media folder on my mac and I have to manually set it back to my itunes media folder on my external hard drive. Why does it keep changing?
