View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm on my 14th email to iTunes support and after 14 days of not being able to log into my iTunes account, I'm getting a bit desperate. Every time I log in, I'm redirected to the login screen that asks for my account name and password. I've reset my password 4x and Apple has done it twice. Still no change. I'm not getting any response that my password is wrong and I'm allowed to fill in my credentials as many times as I want. It's just redirecting me to the login screen and asking me again. If I log out and back in, it tells me after login that I need to press "ok" to verify my account information, after which it redirects me to... the login screen.Â

I had an iTunes account before I got my MacBook Pro and they have different IDs. The first account has all my purchased music and I would like to use it with my new computer. When I try to download music of the previous account from the Cloud, I get the message that the iTunes account information differs from the computer. Can the first account be edited, or can the two be merged without losing anything or having to buy again?

My family has several macs with different users. We all have the same contacts and calendars so everyon just logs into the same icloud account. But we would like to be able to use the beta messages and for that matter mail without everyone seeing eachothers mail and messages. Is it possible to set that up using iCloud?

another user messed up my address book contacts, and they synced with iCloud. Fortunately, I have an Address Book Archive that's current. So, I restored the Archive, which replaces everything in the Address Book. Then, it starts to sync immediately with iCloud, and the Address book is automatically reverted back to the previous "messed up" state. I've tried turning off iCloud Address Book syncing in System Preferences, but that doesn't seem to have any affect.Â

Re syncing calendar from Mac Mini to iPhone 5:  If I enter an event on my Mac Mini Calendar it does not transfer to my iPhone. It works fine from my iPhone to my Mac Mini. My i phone is using iOS 7.1.2. My Mini's op sys is 10.9.4. I have tried changing the settings on my phone, in my iCloud account and on my Mini.Â

I run a small business which has a new Mac Mini 10.7 and iMacs 10.5.8 which we currently store all our on-going work on a Hard Drive connected via ethernet. However, I want to try and achieve the following:Â

Access to my work from home, main office or another office
Work directly on drive (don't want to download, amend, and re-upload)
Access via various Mac OS, from 10.5-10.7
Not too expensive! Is there any on-line storage site or Live Hard Drive I can use to gain access to my work, work live directly to from various locations using the Macs as above, or am I just dreaming of something that does not exist?Â

The guy I called from apple today was clueless and told me he didn't know how to do it, and then told me the wrong thing!I bought the storage under the impression that it was a useful product, but it wasn't doing what I thought it was supposed to do! I have 1.76 GB Free on my iPhone 5 but whenever I try to sync, I get a message saying it can't be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all fo the selected items (additional 1.18 GB required).
