I downloaded express invoice on my macbook pro thinking it was for free when it was a trial version, I used it for that period and now it will not open unless I pay for the program - which I have no intention of doing. How do I get to the information that I put in there?

I am looking for some sort of software that, from my limited research, doesn't seem to exist. I work as a consultant and I read articles and books all over the web that contain information to which I'd like to come back once in a while. I'm looking for some software in which I could store the said articles in a way that make it possible to search them with keywords. Being able to write small summaries would be a great bonus and I'd also like to be able to keep references to paper books and articles. I tried using Delicious and as good as it is as an online solution I need something more robust and that I can consult offline. I'll probably be copying and pasting articles to make sure to be able to read them once the links are broken.

I think under "Information" on the right hand side of an apps page in the Mac App Store should contain a requirements section, both OS and hardware.

My country (Ukraine) is not listed in Locations list. So I can't fill billing information to buy Abbyy Lingvo Dictionaries (and any other things, that I would like to buy) for my iPad2. I wrote to Apple about this issue some monthes ago, but everything stayed the same. What should I do? Throw iPad away, buy Android device and use it (and never buy Apple products anymore)? Or some other way exists?

I've been told that I need to reduce usage on my iCloud account or upgrade for more storage. I need to see what my usage is. How do I look up the usage information for my storage on iCloud?
View 3 Replies View Relatedwhen I try to update my billing information the software adds additional digits to my zip code. This is all fine and dandy, it matches to where I live. But my bank only uses the standard five digits and when it adds the additional digits they will not match up correctly despite the first five being matched. This causes an endless and stupidly frustrating cycle that I cannot solve. I tried to find a phone number to call and sort this out but of course that doesn't exist.

My family has several macs with different users. We all have the same contacts and calendars so everyon just logs into the same icloud account. But we would like to be able to use the beta messages and for that matter mail without everyone seeing eachothers mail and messages. Is it possible to set that up using iCloud?

another user messed up my address book contacts, and they synced with iCloud. Fortunately, I have an Address Book Archive that's current. So, I restored the Archive, which replaces everything in the Address Book. Then, it starts to sync immediately with iCloud, and the Address book is automatically reverted back to the previous "messed up" state. I've tried turning off iCloud Address Book syncing in System Preferences, but that doesn't seem to have any affect.Â

I would like to sync calendar, contacts, notes, reminders and email over wifi without using iCloud. I would like this to be automatic, but can't make it work. I've disabled iCloud on the both hand held devices, but the iMac tells me that iCloud is still working and that I can disable it using the hand held devices. It doesn't work.Â

I use a few really useful applications on my desktop Mac, for example Firebox (encrypted database for passwords), CheckBook (to manage my bank account) and Bento (to store information in a flat database format). As the information is important to me, I would like to have offsite backups, in case my Mac and local external backup drives get stolen or my house burns down.I used to be able to do this by simply dragging these files to my iDisk.I have installed the iWork apps on my Mac but it is the files created by non-iWorks apps that I want to be able to backup off site. Can I still do this on the iCloud service or have Apple completely removed this facility, previously available on iDisk?
If Apple no longer provide this, it is likely they will in the future?
If Apple are no longer providing this, what is the best alternative?

I have just moved to iCloud. I am about to go on holidays and I was wondering is there a way iCloud can store video shot on my iPhone so that I can delete it from the phone? I know Photostream doesn't do videos. I was reading a post in this site that mentioned another way, but was called away at the time and I didn't fully read it. Now I can't find it.Â
