I can't seem to find a way to edit mp3 and wave information in leopard. In fact it seems like the fields are totally unresponsive to anything. I want to edit this information and the album art outside of iTunes, because while it's very easy to do within the application, it doesn't seem to effect the source file's information.
View 2 Replies View RelatedFor some reason, I am not able to have my autofill activate when I try to type in addresses, etc. I am using the older version of Yahoo for my email and Safari 3.2.1 as my browser. The other browsers are Flock, Firefox and Netscape seem to work fine. I have tried upgrading to the new AT&T/Yahoo email, which seems to work, but I do not like the format that email client uses.
I had an iTunes account before I got my MacBook Pro and they have different IDs. The first account has all my purchased music and I would like to use it with my new computer. When I try to download music of the previous account from the Cloud, I get the message that the iTunes account information differs from the computer. Can the first account be edited, or can the two be merged without losing anything or having to buy again?

How do you set up Safari Autofill? It would be a big help if I'd could have my email address and forum user name on AutoFill for signing into forums and signing into ImageShack.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just upgraded to Leopard (10.5.6) from Tiger, and the one problem I'm having is when I enter, say, the word "Facebook" in the URL bar. In the past, the "www" and ".com" would automatically be added. Now I'm sent to a Verizon search page. Autofill has been and remains checked and activated.
View 2 Replies View RelatedEver since I updated to 5, my address bar has been autofilling the title of the page I go to, for instance: Say I have been to Zappos and looked at a pair of converse, the title at the top of the window will say something like "Converse shoe etc." Well then say I've looked on [URL] at something before, and I want to go there again. If I start typing "converse" into the address bar, it wants to autfill the "Converse shoe etc." title and take me to the Zappos page instead of [URL] Is there a way to disable this? I liked it the way it was before, If im typing something in the address bar I only want ti to guess urls, not page titles.
View 3 Replies View RelatedEverytime I go to the address bar and start typing it will give me a list of sites from history/bookmarks to choose from. For example if I type www.e it will come up with every page I've visited beginning with E. Obviously I can clear my history, but how do I stop it displaying sites from my bookmarks? I use my Mac around a lot of people and don't want everyone seeing every other site I've visited.

View 1 Replies View RelatedIt keeps autofilling my work info and I want it to use my home info. I don't want to delete anything, but is there anyway to set a default or a level of priority?
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhat I'd like to do is have Safari use AutoFill for my passwords, but not store the passwords in my login keychain. I'd like to have a separate keychain that I can unlock from the menu bar that allows Safari access to passwords that it otherwise would not have. And I'd want it to work seamlessly with the Safari AutoFill. I tried manually adding a password in the Keychain Access Utility, which I don't want to have to do, but even then when I told it to AutoFill (although I'd like it to AutoFill automatically), I had to give Safari permission to access my keychain.
For example, if I went to Facebook, it would present the usual blank password field. But if I unlocked my keychain and then went to Facebook, the password field would already be filled in.
Even more ideally, I'd like it to skip the login page completely (as if "Remember me" had been checked), but I don't think that's possible.
I am trying to clean up my Safari autofill forms in preferences. I can delete some of them, but not the ones I have no need for, like from an old email. They are in the User Names and Passwords section. I have duplicates, and some with old email addresses attached that I would like to clean up.

I get this error message when attempting to use AutoFill for signing into online accounts such as Amazon. I know that AutoFill uses information from Address Book to fill out the form - that's why I have a card in Address Book with my name and email address on it - but I'm still getting this error message when attempting to use AutoFill.
View 2 Replies View RelatedJust wondering if you guys had a solution to safari auto-filling forms on websites with my old address - its quite annoying to have to delete all the old data to put my new address details in. Is there somewhere in the settings I can enter my new details and have them auto-fill?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with Safari. I want to delete the information of users and password of Safari's autofill, so I go to Safari - Preferences - Autofil - User and password - Edit, and when I click on delete all, the only thing that happens is that all the information remain selected. I try to uninstall safari, but I can't. I'm using the Spanish version of Lion. What can I do? I like using Safari, but I want to delete this information.

I need some helping doing some (hopefully) simple HTML editing on my customized Google homepage. Basically, what I'm looking to do is shorten the width of the search bar as shown in the attached screenshot. As far as right-clicking "Inspect Element" on the search bar itself, I'm totally lost as to what to put in the editing window that appears and where/how to do it.

Just bought a new iMac and I'm not completely familiar with Lion yet. I cannot figure out how to get my browsers to retain user/pass information. When I am prompted to save U/P info from a site I click yes, but when I go back to the site the sign-in info is gone.

Other than going into 'show all Bookmarks' is there any alternative way of editing my bookmarks? I've collected hundreds and dragging them around one by one is going to be pretty time consuming. I used to have a third-party app called 'Bookmark Farm' which gave me a way of visually categorizing in a graphic layout. Now, when I want to Bookmark, got to scroll through folders and subfolders. Must be an easier way!

Does anyone else have some Safari crashing issues? It usually happens when there is flash videos loading.Sometimes a video will try to load, and the browser closes. Not all the time, even on the same video. Not too sure what causes this, or how to fix it. I notice it will also do it sometimes when there are no videos, I could be on a forum such as this one. I was editing a port forwarding blog on myspace last night and when I was nearly done, I opened photobucket to get the links to some screen shots, and it crashed on me. Kind of a piss off, especially since it wasn't youtube or anything that usually causes it. I ended up re-doing it in an offline HTML file first before posting to avoid losing the data again.

Can anyone tell me where the Autofill database is located? Every time I use Autofill it has my name mispelled and I want to change it. Also is there a keyboard shortcut to Autofill instead of clicking on Edit then Autofill?

View 7 Replies View RelatedThe new itunes 8.1 added the autofill feature, but I don't want to use it, how do I hide the autofill region of the itunes window? It's eating up a bunch of space so that I can see a few less songs on each screen, it clutters up the interface, and I'm afraid I might accidentally click the autofill button. How do I hide the autofill view region in itunes?
