on occasion i have to use the monaco type face when trying to read a string numbers and letters because i can't tell the difference between a zero and the lettre in that string
what other type face will do that
I had problems with my G5 (2005) and the repair shop changed te mother board under warranty. The computer came back with a defect DVD/CD writer that was working before they change mother board. I sent back the computer and they repaired it again. Computer came back and now the letter H (lower case) is not working. I tried several keyboard and the letter H lower case does not work but upper case H works. The repair shop cannot find the problem. I reinstalled OSX, reformatted my a disk and nothing is working to correct the problem.

When I try to make prints on 2400 from Final Cuts Pro X, I do not see a place to select the kind of paper I want use. I see print or crop size but nothing to select Premium Photo Paper or Matt or any selection at all. I also don't see Quality selection or Preview beforee printing. I had all these things on my PC with Photoshop Elements. How does it work on Mac?

I'm the biggest iPhoto fan and was stoked for iLife 09'. I am just very disappointed with face detection. It hardly ever works. It's the same person but it always says unknown face. It only works when it is from the same scene, which stinks IMO. Love the idea, but not a success. Is it just me or does anyone else feel this way?

View 12 Replies View RelatedSo I get iPhoto installed at home last night and start tagging what I can. I have a bunch of albums posted to my Mobile Me gallery. I get to work and install iPhoto there. I have a small collection on my work Mac but it's all synced via Mobile Me so my published galleries show up on the left and contain the pictures even though they may not be stored locally. So I start face tagging some at work. When I go into the corkboard I notice that even though I tagged a bunch of photos of this person, only two were showing up in the corkboard, but I could still scrub through the ones I tagged before. I'm thinking something is broke until I realize the photos that I've tagged of this person were on the mobile me gallery and NOT on my local Mac. Now I wonder if this will sync back up with my Mac Pro at home.
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I dropped my macbook pro and it was opened and it landed face down (screen/keyboard hit floor) and I picked it up immediately and plugged it back into the charger. The screen is black and it will not turn on and is making no noises or anything. When I plugged the charger back in, the light went green, but otherwise the computer is completely unresponsive. It has a plastic shell on it, but I still think that something could be wrong. Can this be fixed?! If so, how?!

If anyone on here uses aim, have you had issues since using Leopard sending files on AIM(AOL instant messenger)? I am unable to send anyone any type of file on there. I can receive, but I am unable to send anyone anything....any suggestions? I can send files through yahoo...so I'm not too sure why AIM hates me so much.
