I've upgraded to the latest Mac OS. Since then I can seem my Virginmedia (Gmail) emails. They are there and q quick workaround is to do a search on "@" and hey presto.Â

My Mail application stopped receiving new emails at 5:48 PM yesterday for some reason. I have several Gmail accounts, one iCloud account and one Yahoo account.Â
I can send emails without a problem, but I'm not receiving any. I checked Activity, and it shows that the program is "fetching new mail" from every single account (it even says how many messages), but for some reason they are not getting through.Â
When I tried to set up Outlook.com account with Mail I was not able to locate Outlook.com settings automatically like one would on iPhone. Anyhow, I set it up manually using the IMAP settings. It works great but the only problem is that it does not push emails instantly. It checks for email in set intervals. How can I set this to push emails?Â

I recently embarked on a quest to reorganize my font libraries and I think I messed something up! Capital A's with boxes around them show up in many of my emails (using Mail) instead of text, and the emails from my iPhone Notes don't load at all. I don't understand this because the MarkerFelt.ttc font is in the HardDrive-->Library-->Fonts folder.
Basically, I had organized my fonts within the HD-->Library-->Fonts and the Username-->Library-->Fonts folders with Font Agent Pro and moved them to a separate location so that I could manage them more directly. Everything was fine at first and then things started looking wacky in Mail. I moved everything back to its original font folders and it's still displaying incorrectly. I've attached screen shots of what I'm talking about so it makes more sense. I would really appreciate any advice on how to get things back to normal.
I have this problem where I get an email that has wonderful pictures (html, css, or somthing) on my iphone and ipad they display correctly. On Mail in OSX on my iMac they are just a bunch of text and hyperlinks. A good example of this is the promotional emails from Nik Software.

I recently used LiteIcon to change how my folder icons look (because the oversaturated blue folders in Yosemite are ugly, in my opinion) and in the process, it messed up my sidebar icons.I did this one time before I updated LiteIcon and it did the exact same thing but I thought they would've fixed this since the update.

Suddenly the iMessage app is only displaying my own sent messages for a single, specific contact. All other conversations include both sent and received iMessages. I had blocked this contact previously for a period of time on my phone but do not remember doing anything similar on my Mac. if it's related to the contact previously having been blocked on my iPhone?

Apple mail out of office rule is sending auto replies to all emails not just newly received emails--HELP! I set up the rule according to another apple support thread and instead of only sending the reply to new mail received, it was sent to all messages I believe that were in my INBOX, I only had a few but several people that hadn't sent me emails since I set up the rule, received the OUT OF OFFICE reply.Here is the procedure I followed for the out of office rule-[URL]I just used my email account which is a business account- not an ECU account but these rules according to the apple thread apply for all emails.

I've got 2 gmail account in my mac mail. One of them stopped display new mail on 24/5/2012. The last mail that I've got is 23:45pm 23/5/2012. When I try to get new mail for that mail box, the mail ativity shows they are loading 43 incoming messages. However, once the loading is done, nothing shows up.Â
As I said i've got 2 gmail accounts in the mail and the other account is working fine. Â

Mail 4.2 not displaying images, even when 'Not junk..ed'. There is no load images option (only with Junk).
Also checked display option in viewing under preferences.. Still no images.
Since I upgraded to Yosemite my Mail has gone amok. Emails show up directly in Archive, instead of for instance Inbox or Sent. Some sent emails don't show up in any mailbox at all, but apparently they reach the recipient. Â
How can I delete the Archive mailbox? It works totally different than how it is described in manuals. I have NEVER moved any email to Archive, but it is full of all sorts of emails from all the other mailboxes. I want ALL my received emails in the Inbox and my sent emails in the Sent box.Â

View 2 Replies View RelatedMail is suddenly not displaying certain messages in mailboxes. I can see and select the message in the center pane, but when I click on it to display, I get the "Loading" text and the spinner. This continues without resolution, though sometimes the messages will display after quitting Mail and/or rebuilding the Mailbox.Â
It is not random messages that do this, but always the same ones that refuse to display. But they will display sometimes after a rebuild, so I know they aren't gone. Some have image attachtments, others do not.Â
This just started this morning, following running Disk Utility to repair some HD corruption last night. Prior to that, Mail (and Safari) had been running very slowly for about three weeks. I have already repaired permissions on this drive.

So I upgraded to 10.5.6, and then after reboot mail kept on bugging me for the password of an old account that I had set up a while back that is now disabled. I set the account to disabled and before 10.5.6 mail never bothered me about it, but in 10.5.6, no matter how many times I would hit "Cancel", it wouldn't do anything. So I just went in and deleted the account, then mail said that I have 247 unread messages in my mailbox(I set the total to be all mailboxes combined). However, in all the available mailboxes I have none. I have went through all the preferences files, even tried deleting the preference file and nothing worked.

Mac MAIL not displaying all messages downloaded from server.Â
My MAIL isn't showing all the messages that are downloaded from the mail server (Virgin media). I just found out, because friends have asked about their e-mails and my answers. I've never seen those e-mails, but they are no longer on the server (i.e. Virgin media). No RULES etc. have been applied in MAIL and this is a very serious and frustrating issue.

Paypal emails for notification of payment - do not print properly - I get a page break after the header info - and in some cases I cannot print the body of the email even though it displays. This has been an on going issue for months - PAYPAL will not pursue.
