Apple used to have it in the OS but I can no longer find it. I did a spotlight search - no go. Can I find this font somewhere to download. I really liked the font and I want to install it on my PowerBook. I am running 10.4.8.

so i basically just had a momentary lapse of retardation and deleted font book for some reason. and my os x install dvds are in another state(school). so does anyone know where i could get font book or would some kind soul send it to me?

View 3 Replies View RelatedIve recently downloaded a trail for the download accelerator DAP (Download Accelerator Plus) to speed up the download of a world of warcraft patch. Unfortunately, I had to delete this program when I realized that this was causing my computer to overheat due to pushing my computer's abilities through the roof. My computer has not been damaged in anyway, and i have "deleted" the program but when i still continue to try to download something it says that "DAP Plugin cannot find Download accelerator plus"; even thuogh i just deleted everything. so then i try to delete the plugin, but my mac says that "this item cannot be deleted when it is in use" but it really is not.
Can any of you help me to try to delete this plugin so i can start downloading again. After several attempts and techniques I STILL am not able to download anythinh

When I open pages it always uses helvetica as the default font.Can i set it to a different one like times new roman as a default.I mean you can tell it to start up by default to a specific page style, why not a specific font also?

So much to my surprise, I open up my gmail account and it's practically unintelligible. Some weird cartoon like font is my default font. As far as I can tell, all the default fonts are activated and all the settings point to the activated fonts, but this is driving me absolutely F__KING bonkers. Has anyone ever had this problem? Now to be fair, I did install some fonts from a semi questionable font disk a week or two ago, so maybe some rogue font has hijacked my web fonts.

Where can I find iTunes 10.1 (or slighter higher) to download? I have a G4 iMac running 10.4.11 and iTunes 9.2. I have got a iPhone 3g which requires iTunes 10.1 or greater to be able to sync. I cannot d/l the latest iTunes as it requires OS 10.5 and my system will only support up to OS 10.4.11. So I need a version of iTunes 10.1 which hopefully will work with 10.4.11.
