View 1 RepliesIn Aperture, on the Info tab, in the drop down menu near the bottom, you can view comments from shared photo streams. I would like to print these comments. This comment field does not appear in the Exif or IPTC menus. Where is this field? Is it metadata? How can I print it?

I want to create a website with a blog that has the ability to add comments and easily insert photos or video. I've been debating back and forth about using iWeb '09, Rapidweaver or Wordpress. Wordpress seems the most customizable but I'm somewhat intimidated how complicated it is to simply insert a video. Especially with iWeb's new features like custom domain name, simple insertion of pics and videos, plus Google Maps widget I'm seriously settling with iWeb, with the hopes that I don't outgrow it. I'm fairly computer savvy but know nothing about HTML hence my concern about user friendliness and convenience.
View 2 Replies View RelatedCan anyone tell me how to setup my printer to print to the edge of the A4 sheet instead of leaving a white border? None of my apps seems to offer a solution to this. I seem to remember being able to do it in Photoshop back when I used a PC.
View 6 Replies View RelatedSince upgrading to Snow Leopard, I have been unable to print borderless documents from Pages.app onto plain A4 paper using my Epson R2400. Under page setup, I select A4 > Borderless Sheet Feeder but then under the print window, the option to print on plain paper is greyed out:
If I go back to page setup and change the paper size to non-borderless (e.g. standard A4) I do have the option to print onto plain paper. But of course I loose the borderless printing.
The problem with using the Premium Matte Paper setting for printing borderless is that the printouts are very saturated - obviously the printer is putting down far more ink than required. I am printing onto 350 GSM card and have used this paper for a couple of years with excellent results. Traditionally I was just printing borderless with the plain paper option ticked and the results were perfect.
I followed some advice on the internet on another forum after updating to Snow Leopard and downloaded Printer Driver v6.57 for my printer. I'm told this is the most up-to-date driver currently available and was released in June. But this does not seem to fix my printing issue and the Gutenprint drivers don't seem to support borderless printing on the R2400 either.
I've phoned Epson twice now but their support is hopeless. The first time they emailed me a link to download updated drivers, but this link started downloading a .exe file which evidently was not Mac compatible. The second time I phoned I was past between assistants for a while before receiving the textbook "revert back to Leopard or wait to see if Apple fix the problem in an update" answer.
Are there any R2400 users or others with the same problem or got any solutions? My research on the internet hasn't turned up much other than a similar issue with some Canon printers.

I purchased this printer, and I thought that it was able to print legal paper. However, I been looking through the manual, and also been searching online. It "mentions" that it can, but there are no instructions on how to.
I was wondering IF someone does has this printer, are you able to printer on legal paper & how were you able to?
Is it possible to select a default printer/print size that is not in the default print size list that OSX offers for "Any Printers" or in the Print Center.
Its just we're trying to run a kiosk on a touch screen iMac that needs to produce a receipt from a small receipt printer that doesn't use a standard print size.
So therefore I need to have OSX set to print to this non-standard size every time it boots up.
Are there any pref files I need to change? Or can I do this through the GUI?
Photoshop CS5:When trying to change a custom paper size, in the print set up, the application quits.I’ve repaired permissions and reset the application preferences.I don’t have this problem with CS4.
I'm using Yosemite OS 10.10, haven't been able to find where to update my profile.
When I print multiple checks they print in the wrong sequence. If I have checks 401, 402 and 403 in the printer in that order, they print 403, 402 and 401. How can I change this to print not collated?

Okay, I was working with iMovie and did something cool...but I don't know how I did it or how to repeat what I did.
I managed to make one "clip" which consists of 6 or 7 photos (imported from iPhoto)...and on top of (inside of?) that clip is the "far far away" title (the Star Wars one). I tried to do the same thing again, and couldn't figure out how I did it in the first place! Oops. Any clues would be great (I tried highlighting several pics and dragging them down to the timeline together...didn't work. I also tried a few other things, but no luck).

I have a panorama picture that I would like to print out. The print menu lets you put multiple pictures on one page but not one picture across multiple pages. I was wondering if anyone knows how to do this without manually cropping the picture up into one page pieces.
View 8 Replies View RelatedI can't seem to be able to print multiple copies of a document in Leopard. I've tried 3 different network printers (2 windows printers, 1 direct IP printer) using 3 different MacBooks. All running 10.5.1. It'll print 1 copy just fine, but that's it. If you want multiple copies you have to keep sending it to the printer, which is a pain.
Can anybody try printing 2 or more copies with a local printer and see if that works? I think I may have found my first truly annoying Leopard bug
How do I print a range of pages such as: 4-7,8-12,47,67,88-91. I have a large PDF and only need 30 of the 300 pages. I want to make a new PDF-the problem is printing (making a new PDF) using various pages throughout the book. I use the Mavericks OS.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've been disappointed that the preview in the Leopard print dialog does not update if you select to have multiple pages per sheet. I often do this to conserve paper when I'm printing lecture notes. With Leopard, I'm often doing this blind and get things out of order. Has anyone got this to work? I seem to think that one of programs--either preview or Acrobat--provided this functionality in Tiger.
View 1 Replies View RelatedThis is an early 2008 MBP, so I have a button separate from the track pad. For the last several days it has been most of the time clicking twice when I press it. The first one doesnt do anything, the second one actually clicks (that is, if I dont push it all the way down it clicks the first time and doesnt do anything, if i push it harder, it clicks the second time).
What can I do about this?
I use my 13" MBP in bed on my lap while on top of a large hard cover book. After I use the laptop for about 20 minutes or more, I lift up the computer and the blanket is wet. Under the book is wet and around the lap top is wet. Is this condensation building up? The air temperature in my room isn't even that cold. This is really strange but condensation is the only thing I can think of. The problem doesn't seem to occur on a desk or table. It only happens when I use the laptop on my blanket. I'm not sure the fabric of the blanket but it kind of feels like a polyester.

How can I change the print quality when printing photos through iphoto on my iMac? I am running OSX 10.7.2 I have installed my printer with the latest downloaded drivers etc. The printer is a HP photosmart 5510. I have gone into system preferences, then print and scan. From here I can see my printer but can't see anyway of changing the print quality. Similarly, if I go into print settings via iPhoto I have the same problem. I have been able to change the quality in Safari but can't see how to create a default setting for photo printing at the highest quality

View 2 Replies View RelatedFirefox has this option on OSX (each frame on separate page), but safari seems to lack such an option. I need to print multiple frames (invoices from zencart) each on separate pages. When I try to print with Safari it will either try and print the selected frame, or it will print all the frames as it's laid out on the page (all printed on one page). Am I missing this option somewhere? Is there an extension I can try (already tried print plus to no avail)?

I've had a few bad experiences with Apple in the past- namely, going to their Sydney Apple Store to get my logic board repaired, but came out with a scratched bottom case that the Genius couldn't replace. Anyway, six months have passed and my screen has dust underneath it. My speakers have 'blown', well, not really, but they sound very cheap now. My graphics card has also gone a bit wonky. Do you think they'll replace my Macbook Pro this time?
