Aug 30, 2014I am trying to burn movies from iPhoto to a dvd for backup. I have attempted to do the export to another file method, then burn to DVD, but whenever I try the export, I get a list of 20 video files that were not exported. This is the only method I have been able to find that is supposed to work for getting movies out of iphoto and onto a disc.

Intel Mac :: DVD Burning To Hard Drive?
May 16, 2012Does anyone know a quick way how to copy pre-recorded/purchased DVD's to my iMac's hard drive, so I can watch via my Apple TV? In the past I've inserted the DVD and it's appeared on the desktop, I then choose to copy it, and managed to paste it into iTunes, but it takes at least an hour to copy to the hard drive. Any ideas? I've tried Mac the ripper, but wasn't sure how to get that to work,

May 18, 2012This has been happening consistently when I try to burn DVD's, during this time the drive stalls and I am not able to eject. (Possibly because software is trying to write with faulty hardware maybe?) The error message changes if I try to burn DL DVD 's. Also CD's often fail while burning some do complete. Errors also occur with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere CS5 and DVD Studio Pro.

Jun 29, 2012Hey there! I don't seem to get through this Issue. I was trying to burn content to a Disc and it failed with the error code 0x8002006E, while the process was almost complete. I came across a few forums and nothing helped much to resolve this problem. Is there someone who knows the exact cause? Is this is a known-issue or anything already being addressed by Apple? Or a work-around to get this resolved? because i also read (did not try) that no third-party applications, as an alternative, solved this Issue. Disappointed! Help!
