It also happens on YouTube when I scroll down to view the comments, it is slow when I scroll through where the video is and it speeds up when at the comments.

Jun 12, 2009I installed google chrome for mac and love it, it looks sick and its fast. Oh but theres one problem, youtube or any video site wont work on it
I just installed safari 4 and it completely does not work. It will load a site and I cant do anything on it. Nothing clicks, I cant scroll, nothing. Its not frozen, I can move it around my desktop and go under the preferences, but I literally cant use it.
IMac :: Dead Pixel Or Stuck Pixel?
Dec 21, 2010just bought my imac 27' i7 2 weeks ago and so far i returned it twice because of the tiny crack in the screen and this is gonna be the third time today because of the stuck pixel. This is the first time me owning mac and so far all have is problem....now im debating if i should get my money back or give it another shot since they reset your 14 days return policy from the day you did the return or maybe i can ask them to let me upgrade to mac pro with out extra cost since all i have was problem. but anyway, here is the picture to my stuck pixel. let me know what chu think.

Mar 31, 2008i have a early 2008 octo mac pro, with it im using a philips 220ws, the problem i'm having is that scrolling a page be it safari, firefox or a pages doc. it seems to jutter along and doesnt move as smooth as my mac book,and when typing into either msn messenger, pages or even text edit letters seem to lag behind what im typing, ok it may only be for a secon and about 2 letters behind burt it gets annoying worse when back spacing. does anyone else have the problem or possible fix? im not using anything more than than the word processor, safari and msn at a time

Sep 21, 2009Every url that I enter (bookmark, email link, etc.) comes up as 1 pixel by 1 pixel. That's all. It loads instantaneously, doesn't give me an "I cannot connect" error, and displays a blank white screen.
I've tried: many different links
- quitting and relaunching Safari
- reinitializing Safari
- I can still connect to the interweb via Mail, Firefox, iTunes.

Jun 10, 2009While scrolling in Safari 4 the windows stutters or tears. I didn't have this problem with Safari 3, and I have reset Safari and cleared the Cache. I also get "Keychain Not Found" popping up when I load a new page. It IS out of beta right.

Jul 6, 2010Since installing Safari 5, I encounter the spinning beach ball when I try to scroll down a webpage or scroll between tabs. It appears that I cannot scroll/switch until the webpage is fully loaded.
This is extremely annoying because when my gestures are finally registered, Safari goes wacko trying to catch up with the previous gestures/commands. For example, if I use a swipe gesture to navigate between tabs, when Safari becomes responsive again, it will register all previous swipes and rotate between tabs until it 'catches up'. I hope that makes sense.
When I use Firefox, there is a slight lag, but I'm still able to scroll with only slight choppiness. By contrast, Safari 5 literally freezes for about 5 seconds. As a benchmark, I tried using both browsers while loading [URL]. Firefox worked fine, Safari 5 was crippled.

Jan 22, 2009I was wondering if anyone else has or is having this problem. Whenever I scroll through the itunes store, it becomes very choppy. I have the new macbook (don't think that matters at all) and it occurs when I scroll manually or use the two-finger scroll. I noticed this like a week ago but thought it would just go away but it's getting really annoying.

Feb 10, 2009I have a excel spreadsheet of price lists from one of my suppliers. When I use Excel 2008 on the mac, it's VERY choppy to scroll through the pricelist, to the point where its unusable. I open the same price list in Windows XP using parallels, and its smooth as butter.

However, along with mouse gestures, the thing that is really holding me back is that there doesn't seem to be auto-scrolling. Apr 25, 2009I love the idea of a one-stop media center like iTunes, but as each new feature is added it just feels too big and slow to me now. It takes forever to open, it lags even when I just try scrolling through apps, it sends regular genius updates to Apple, it has a radio, ringtones, movies, tv shows, the list goes on. Dec 31, 2010Hi, so I've been using Blender off and on for about a year and a half and I was thinking about buying a different program. I'd like to keep it under $200 but if its a little over that fine. I was thinking about Silo but I don't really like not having the ability to extrude single vertices and subdivide objects like in Blender. Also if their are any products that have a student discount or something like that for someone in high school that would help too.

I would prefer it not to be a Java application, because those are slow and look like poo.
I know that TextEdit can be used, but I'd like one that can at least highlight the tags. It would be nice if it could perform checks, too.
