I have a new mac and mail set up fine from the start. However late last week I was checking around in my comcast.net account and say that all the emails I had deleted on the mac over the last few weeks were still in my inbox online.

However when I go to Google's IP, http://64.233.187.99/ the page loads right up. Every other website loads fine except www.google.com. Also for some reason I'm not connecting to my POP email anymore in Mail. What happened? How can I fix this?

I have the exclamation point in the triangle next to the ghosted name of my account. I've tried multiple times to go back online w/o success Connection doctor was not helpful

When I fill in forms online etc, as soon as I start typing my name, address & contact details automatically appear. This is very useful apart from an old email address appears instead of my new one.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI upgraded to Snow Leopard last week but before I upgraded I exported all the Little Snitch settings. After the upgrade to Snow Leopard, I installed Little Snitch and imported the settings that I exported. Now everything works fine except MobileMe sync. I suspect Little Snitch is blocking some process that is causing this. I turned off the Network filter in Little Snitch and was able to do that MobileMe sync perfectly.

(Mine and the wife's)- When I attach Ms-Office documents to an email from my account on either machine, PC users can open them fine.- When my wife attaches MS-Office documents on either machine, PC users cannot open them.- We are both in school and often upload documents to our school's website. The same behavior is noticed.

Before I had the inbox in the top half of the screen and the message body in the bottom half. Now I am just seeing a full screen with the inbox and I have to double click on the message to see the body. I've looked through the toolbar and can't find an option that addresses it.

A year ago I tested Spanning Sync for syncing my iCal with Google calendar. It worked out very well and I subscribed for one year (25 USD). Now there is version 2 around the corner that will add contact sync support. I have tried the beta and that works very well too.
My subscription is to end soon and I am thinking about extending. That would be another 25 USD for a year or 65 USD for life long subscription. Meanwhile I encountered another product called Busy Sync. I does almost the same (except contact syncing). With a coupon a single license per computer is 20 USD aka 40 USD for both of my macs.
I tried to sync my Yahoo e-mail contacts to my MBP and it didn't work. So i did my contacts manually. Getting Alert from Yahoo stating "you are about to sync the following info with Yahoo .contacts. What would you like to do? #1 option Merge data on this computer{MBP} & Yahoo!#2 option Replace data on this computer! I went in my MBP hard drive and deleted sync entries for Yahoo about 3-4 times-they just keep appearing after I get the "ALERT" notification every few hours.Check my Yahoo acct and there is no Alert listed.This I know is a big PAIN.SUGGESTIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

am having trouble trying to get my iCal to sync with my Google calendar. I want it so when i make changes to either ical or google calendar it automatically updates the other one. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this?
i had looked at the option to publish my iCal calendar but when i click on calendar in iCal to choose "send publish email" it is greyed out.
