App Store :: How To Use Garageband Loops In Final Cut Pro X

I have O/S 10.6.8
I have looked in the following for garageband loops, but see nothing.Â
1. Mac HD > Library > Audio > Apple Loops > Apple > Apple Loops for Garage Band,Â
2. Mac HD > Library > Application Support > GarageBand > Apple Loops > Apple Loops for GarageBand,
andÂ
3. Username > Library > Audio > Apple Loops > User Loops. (cannot see any files here)Â
I am wanting to access these Apple loops to use in Final Cut Pro X. Do I need to 'unhide' these files

i deleted garageband.app thats all nothing else. can anybody tell me where i can get it? i cant find ilife 09. and all i need is the app not the loops and stuff.

I just purchased garageband '11 on my MacBookPro, and as such it was available for me to download to my iMac. On my MacBookPro the additional loops installed perfectly by choosing a loop that wasn't installed and following the prompts. However this didn't work on the Mac.Â
When I clicked on a loop that wasn't present, it gave me the same prompt, but when the Software Update runs, it reports that all software is upto date. Then when you go back to choose a loop that's greyed out in Garageband, it says that the process to download has been initiated and to check the status in the software updater! Kind of a circular loop.Â

I can't buy apps iPhoto, iMovie and GarageBand there is mentioned instead of price only "accept" but when I clicked on it and wrote my Apple ID I received error message. My Mac Mini was bought from another person but fully reinstalled.Â

I have purchased Garageband from the App Store and it downloaded seamlessly, worked well for the first few hours, on the next launch it wouldn't start unless i download some additional stuff of 1.6GB of size which i did. Once done and started installing it stops at some point before it completes installing and suddenly closes the application, when started again it askes for the download again. I did try downloading again, same scenario. Also, Garageband is not showing in my Purchases section of the MAS.Â

When trying to update, I keep getting the pop-up:"We could not complete your requestThere was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (null)". How can I update to the new version? Im running on the OS X Lion 10.7.4 system for Macbook Pro I have the Version 9.2 of iPhoto and 6.0.4 of Garageband. If that's of any assistance.

I recently purchased Final Cut Pro X 2-3 days ago because I was told by someone in the Apple store that it would read Final Cut Express 4 files. It does not and I am upset that I spent $300 and was mislead by an Apple representative at the Apple store.

I'm trying to use the app store to do the update on Final Cut Pro. We have a slow connection at home so I leave it downloading overnight, but when I get up in the morning it says theirs an error in the pkg. Is there anyway I can download the update directly (e.g. on my faster work connection) and then take that file home to do the update?Â

i recently purchased a gift card for the mac app store for $300 to buy Final Cut Pro X. I submitted the card's code, and my computer accepted it, however, when i went to buy the app, it sent me to my billing information. After confirming everything, I clicked "done" and it sent me back to the home screen with a loading wheel and it hasn't stopped since.

I use individual passport drives to create and edit my events/projects. Â
Which of these drives should I be creating my archive files on and can I delete these archive files once I import the media into an event? Â

I found out a way to get Fruity Loops 9 XXL on my Macbook using Wine/Winebottler. I can not for the life of me figure out how to delete a note on the kick drum track for example. I used to use FL on my old PC and I'm finding a hard time transferring the PC shortcuts to Mac.

I am wondering if someone could PLEASE recommend a good FREE program that can convert my .wav file to a .mp3 file. I've downloaded 3 programs, and none have worked.
I also need to find a way to make an audio loop. However, Garageband won't take my .WAV file which means I still need to convert the file. Once its done converting it should take it though right?

I just reinstalled OS X last night after upgrading my hard drive. All I've done is install all the software that was on my previous hard drive (didn't migrate or anything, fresh install of everything).
However, when ever I click on a Stack and click "Open in Finder", Apple Loops Utility loads instead of the stack folder!
How do I get rid of this? I've never experienced this before - and haven't installed any cracks or modified Finder yet.

I have a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz running OS X 10.5.2 in 4Gb of RAM with approx 60Gb hard disk space free. GarageBand goes through initialising process, the programme menu items appear briefly and then it terminates with no further indication of what is going on. Anyone else suffering the same problem ? I am using the latest updated version of GB.

in the last two days, when i make something in garageband and i want to export to disk. before i would choose my desktop and after normalizing and converting...it would put a mp3 on my desktop. recently when i do this, it normalizes the track...but it just stops after that....no mp3 on my desktop....i have to send it to itunes now and then pull it out of itunes to have an mp3....what is going on?
