How can you copy a song to an additional album within the library. I have a couple of song in one album and I want them also to appear in an another album. How can I do that?

When I attempt to play the fourth song, I'm presented a dialog box telling me that I'm not authorized to play the song on the same computer I used to download it. When I enter my Mac ID and Password to authorize the song, I receive another dialog telling me that the song is already authorized to play on this computer. I attempt to play the song, and once again informed that I'm not authorized to play the song, going on to state that I've only authorized two out of the five allowed.
I've gone into my Mac account, and only three devices are authorized (Mac, iPhone, iPad). I went ahead an removed authorization on this Mac, then re-added my authorization. Still, the same song out of 20 will not play due to authorization.
Why are the songs from an album I purchased from itunes only playing about half of each song???

I've got a pretty big collection of music on iTunes - almost 1000 albums - and I'm pretty anal about the way it's stored and managed and I regularly change the song and album information to suit my own "house style". All my music was stored on a Dell laptop and was fine - I had no problems with changing and editing the information. I recently bought a MacBook Pro and shifted all the music files from the old machine onto the new one (a lengthy and frustrating process) and since then, I've had a lot of hassle in terms of amending and organising my iTunes collection. A lot of the music I've purchased from the iTunes store has reverted back to its original state, no matter how many times I've changed it.
For example:
Lana Del Rey's Born to Die (Deluxe Version). I've removed the "Deluxe Version" from the title but I quit iTunes or sync it with my iPod, it automatically adds it back. I've changed the information in the song info, I've even changed it in the sort info just to be sure, but it always changes back.
The same with the Anthems Electronic 80s compilation. I want to call it Ministry of Sound: Electronic 80s and remove it from Various Artists (by deleting the album artist from the information). But after iTunes is quit or its been synced, the same thing happens. It appears as two albums on my iPod - a handful of tracks appear under the old title while the bulk of them appear under the new one.
It's happening across loads of albums, all ones I've downloaded (the stuff ripped from CDs seems to be okay). I've done as much as I can in terms of the song info but no matter what I do, it just reverts back when the programme's quit or I sync my iPod. I don't know if it's anything to do with the fact they're in the Cloud or they've been imported from a Dell laptop or there's an underlying problem with iTunes ...

I just bought a new mac book air and i have a lot of music that Itunes cannot find the album art for. On my windows PC i was able to just copy and paste the art into the "get info" tab and the art will show in itunes when the song plays. When i find the art on my Mac i can copy and paste, however the art does not save to itunes.

THEN it WILL transfer to itunes library but only ONE SONG AT A TIME and is not letting me "select all" and am having to import my songs one at a time! Seeing as though I have 4,000 songs, this will take me forever!

I have a problem with SOME of my albums in itunes. Some of them ( aprox 20%) are displaying the sogns within an album in an alphabetical order. I do not have "track" in the column header selected. I have tried selecting "track #"but this does not rectify the track names into the original album order. I can not manually enter the track number either in the "track #" field to manually rectify this as iTunes does not allow you do this. It is really frustrating that I have to listen to some of my albums in alpabetical song name order rather than the order the artist wanted me to. Can you point me to where the solutions are?, which are:
1. Whenever I try to play music and videos through Front Row, it says, direct quote: "there are no items in your iTunes library", when in fact I have 5000+ songs, dozens of TV shows and movies, all of which work fine in iTunes. I made sure a) all media files are CHECKED (Selected) in my library, b) the Consolidate Library function has always been ON, c) iTunes is open and d) my iTunes library is in the default location, i.e. user/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music.
2. Photos appear correctly in Front Row and DVDs play, I just can't see my videos and music.
3. One interesting thing: the Album Art screen saver also says that "Your iTunes library does not contain any songs with artwork", while most of my iTunes music have album art embedded and they display correctly in iTunes.
I even tried re-installing OS X, but it still does not work! Here is the computer I am using: 17-inch 2.0 gHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mac OS X (10.4.10) iMac from October, 2006 with iTunes 7.3.1 installed and working. I have had this problem since (I think) iTunes 6.
How do I regroup songs from one album back together? Some are organized correctly, but some are listed individually.

For example, if in windows explorer, I click on an MP3 file that is not in the Itunes library, Itunes starts up and plays the song (which is fine), but also it adds the song to the itunes library (which I don't want). I don't see any options to change this behavior.

I recently upgraded to iTunes 11.2.2(3) and all of the content has disappeared from my iTunes library aside from what I've purchased from the iTunes store (this seems to be syned to the online store, which would explain it). I can still see all of the song files when I go to username/music/iTunes/Library on my hard drive and it's frustrating because I've tried to link it back to these files several times under iTunes/Preferences and it still won't update the songs in the iTunes application.
