View 1 RepliesI purchased a song on itunes but only half the song downloaded. When I go to quick links and select purchase, I see the song as purchased but it wont download. It is behaving like a song you would listen to on itunes. It has the arrow with blue back round still. What can I do to get my song completely downloaded.

I just purchased an album from the iTunes store and it downloaded the whole album except one song, which it tells me it can't download because the file is corrupted. It tells me to re-download by pressing "Check Available Downloads", which if done many times and it doesn't work! It just keeps telling me the same thing over and over. I think the error is -100000.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI pre-ordered an album from my iphone 5. Its downloaded and playing on my iphone, but only two songs have downloaded onto my Mac's itunes It says purchased in the itunes store and doesn't give me access to anything like the icloud icons to download the album. I have tried syncing and transferring purchases but nothing works. Its especially weird as I have got two songs of the album!
View 14 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased an album and one of the songs plays for only 4 seconds before switching to another song. The song is supposed to be much longer. I tried deleting it and redownloading, but the song is available with an "album only" purchase so I cannot redownload. I have restored the song to my library but it still only plays for 4 seconds.

I recently purchased an album (Adele 21) on iTunes. When I try to play it back 1 song (#4 Dont You Remember) always ask for my apple id and password in order to "authorize the computer"to play that 1 song.I then enter an endless loop of being asked to authorize, acknowledgement of the authorization while I still caonnot play that song...
View 3 Replies View RelatedI purchased a song from the iTunes Store on my iPhone and wanted to sync it to my Mac. But it doesn't. I found out that its size is not there, but it is a "stream" (if I open the list in iTunes with all my songs on my iPhone), but it isn't! Any ideas what I can do now? I don't want to purchase the same song again to have it on my Mac and iPad.

I purchased an entire album on iTMS, on my Mac(Lion), and all but one track will play on iTunes, and iPhone4(iOS 5.1). I've additionally downloaded the purchased album on another Mac(Snow Leopard), and all tracks play, except the one track in question. When I go to play this song, it prompts me to 'authorize' the track to be played. I put in the correct info, and it does NOT play. This happens on each device. There were no iterruptions in any of the downloads of the tracks.
I purchased this music and I want to be able to listen to it! Apple

I downloaded an album to my MacBook. For the song I want to listen to the most, Itunes only plays part of the song and then switches to the next song. How should I rectify this situation?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased a song on my iPhone (iOS 8.1.1) and then later purchased the rest of the album. When I go then to my MacBook and open the album in iTunes (12.0.1.26) on Yosemite, for some reason at least half of the tracks aren't there. When I went to the iTunes store to try and re-download them to my iTunes, it told me that I'd already purchased them, yet it gave me no option to download anywhere that I could see. Is there an option somewhere within iTunes that I'm missing or is this a lost cause?

I purchased a song from iTunes today and after it downloaded I was unable play it after being told my computer was not authorized to play the song. After going through the steps to "authorize the computer" I was told it is already authorized. Thinking I was then going to be able to play the song, I was once again being told that my computer was not authorized.

I purchased a song and itunes keeps telling me my computer is not authorized to play it. When I type in the authorization information, it then tells me it's already authorized. Then when I try to play it, it tells me that the computer isn't authorized again?
View 3 Replies View RelatedAfter purchasing 2 albums, one song on each will repeatably download 5 times and then error with err = -100000. I have reproduced the error on 3 Macs with the same account, iPad and iPhone. Support reset the download and I removed the downloads folder, but the same thing occurs. Macs are Lion and devices are iOS 5.1.1. Music in the Cloud is enabled. All others songs on the albums downloaded fine. I regularly purchase music and have not had problems until recently. Only changes would be Apple Software updates.

I purchased 25 songs today on iTunes but can't move them from "purchased" to "library" - I can move them directly to playlists. I am using cloud. why they aren't showing in my library?

1) Up until today (6/8/12) my purchases would show up in my library after downloading. After purchasing some songs today, I did not see them in the library, but I did find them under 'Purchases'. And the little iCloud icon seems to be 'working'. I have the most recent iTunes (10.6.1), scanned for viruses, and haven't been doing anything differently. I am using a 13" MacBook Pro (early 2011) with Lion v10.7.4 installed.
2) iTunes usually shows a song as 'Purchased' in the Store if you already downloaded it (I assume to prevent duplicate downloading). But a few minutes after purchasing some music, the Store still shows it as available for purchase.
The only thing I have done recently is clean out some cache files in my browser (using Intego). Could this be the culprit? If so, how do I remedy these issues?

Just got an email from Apple saying they cannot help me with this, even if i pay their service charge! Great customer service apple. My library crashed during the fix so i am attempting to rebuild my library from my hard drive and transfer it to itunes all on the one same computer, but its not working.I followed the instructions on Apples website:[URL]But when i got to:
7. Choose *File > Library > Import Playlist.*
8. Navigate to the "iTunes Library.xml" file on the Desktop.
- *Mac users:* Click Choose.
I open the file and it says "some of the songs in the file "itunes Music library.xml were not imported because they could not be found".So, THEN I tried copying all my music files into a folder on the desktop, and then going:
File>Library>Import Playlist>itunes folder (desktop) > Artists
folder>Artist album> individual song>Open
THEN it WILL transfer to itunes library but only ONE SONG AT A TIME and is not letting me "select all" and am having to import my songs one at a time! Seeing as though I have 4,000 songs, this will take me forever!

I'm trying to upgrade my iPad one to the 5OS. When I try to sync a message comes up that says you haven't uploaded your purchased songs to your iTunes library. I don't want to lose any tunes so how do I find my purchased songs and sync with my library? I thought every time I synced that they go to my library automatically .

I purchased new ringtones from my iPhone 6+ and they don't show up on my phone. I connected the phone to iTunes in attempt to transfer the purchases to my computer. These are the screens that appear.
This first screen shows all of the tones that I have purchased. Some have already synced to my phone from previous purchases. I then selected a ringtone then "ADD TO" button - see next screen..This screen allows me to view what's in my library and those I've purchased. See next screenWhen I add to library, the system does not let me complete the request (next screen)I get this next screen and am stuck.

With Itunes 9, every song I play gets added to the Itunes library, even if I don't want it there. I have Itunes as my default music player on a Windows 7 (64-bit) computer. For example, if in windows explorer, I click on an MP3 file that is not in the Itunes library, Itunes starts up and plays the song (which is fine), but also it adds the song to the itunes library (which I don't want). I don't see any options to change this behavior.

I recently upgraded to iTunes 11.2.2(3) and all of the content has disappeared from my iTunes library aside from what I've purchased from the iTunes store (this seems to be syned to the online store, which would explain it). I can still see all of the song files when I go to username/music/iTunes/Library on my hard drive and it's frustrating because I've tried to link it back to these files several times under iTunes/Preferences and it still won't update the songs in the iTunes application.
