App Store :: How To Change AppleID Security Questions And Answers
I recently got a letter from apple that my apple ID birthdate/security questions & answers had been changed. I think this was because of a previous letter that told me I had to update my account with the new security features, but I don't recall. Anyway, I decided to check on the appleID site, got logged in, changed my password successfully, but I couldn't see how to change the security questions or answers - and the answers I did try submitting weren't accepted. So now I'm stuck: my account is OK, my password is OK, but I can't remember the security answers and can't see how to change them. Info: imac intel, Mac OS X (10.6.7)

Just got a new Mac Pro and used migration assistant... it didn't seem to go as smoothly as i remember it did last time... My iphoto and itunes libraries did not copy over. I put my old computer in target disk mode but i can't even open the music folder or the photo folder in the user of my old mac. When i try, it tells me that "The folder "Music" can't be opened because you don't have th permission to see its contents"... ... and so i go to info and try to change the permissions to read/write, but nothing changes... how do i get into these folders to i can copy them?

Numbers 09 :: Removing Zero-filled Answers From HEX2DEC
I'm doing a simple formula to convert 6-digit hex values into rgb, and encountering 10 digit, zero-filled results instead of the 3 digit results I wanted. Then I get back 222, which is correct and expected. Indeed, all the numbers are correct, I'm just curious if I can correct the formatting, or do I need to do a RIGHT substring function before each HEX2DEC, like:=CONCATENATE( "r",RIGHT(HEX2DEC(LEFT($b$2,2),3),3)," g", RIGHT(HEX2DEC(MID($b$2,3,2),3),3)," b", RIGHT(HEX2DEC(RIGHT($b$2,2),3),3) ) Information: MacBook Pro Mac OS X (10.5.7)

MacBook Pro :: Unable To Find Answers Elsewhere So Have Been Redirected Here?
ive been having this problem for over a week now and i cant seem to find an answer on how to fix it.i recently downloaded a file which had some vsts in it(demo's)i installed them but ever since then i cant get past the initial desktop screen on my macbook pro.(you know just before your icons pop up on the desktop screen) i keep getting the spinning wheel. now ive tried every command under the sun to rectify this but its not working.its been suggested to me that i should boot from my install disk but after moving countries i lost it.i did happen to get a mac osx disk from a friend of mine but this only lets me get into a sreen where i can perform actions in disk utility and a few other irrelevant actions.i know what file has done this and i just want to be able to get into my harddrive and delete it.i was also under the impression that if i had a copy of osx i could boot from it.this to me meant that i could use my computer normally but bypass the internal startup but maybe im wrong in assuming that. im at my wits end and very close to bringing it into a shop where ill more than likely be charged to have them do something i feel might be a simple fix.

What gives? I upgrade to the latest iTunes last night and the next day I can't login and I get a message that my account has been disabled for security reasons...and I just redeemed a twenty. Total B.S. I've had this same account for years without any grief. Anybody else experiencing this or is it just me? Could apple at least send me an email telling me why? They don't seem to have any trouble sending me piles of advertising... Sorry, I'm a little vexed. Information: G5 Mac OS X (10.4.10)

Applications :: Creating ITunes Store Account - Unable To Accept Valid Security Code?
I'm trying to make an iTunes Store account with my mother's MasterCard. Everything in the setup process goes well until I hit the part when I must enter in my three-digit security code. I do so, then proceed. iTunes won't proceed because it appears I have not entered a valid security code. But the problem is, it is in fact valid: I've used it before for other things and it works fine. I've triple-checked; it's kinda hard to incorrectly type a three-digit number.
