I purchased a movie on my Mac and wanted to download it to my MacBook through iCloud. However, the movie I purchased does not show up in the cloud. It's a relatively new movie and I just purchased it today. Why isn't it in the cloud?

Now after several re-installations and iTunes library clean-ups, these purchases are gone (I blame me for that ) and not even to be found in my TimeMachine backups...Now my question, TV Shows are available in iCloud in the US, but nowhere else. What are Apple's plans to enable this feature for the rest of the world (especially for Germany) and what is the estimated date for this?

My computer says that the storage disk is almost full, and when I looked at my storage information it says I have too many movies. So I went back into iTunes and I try to delete my movies (which are all under iCloud) and they aren't removed from my computer nor does space clear on my computer.

I had a Mobileme account and have changed over to iCloud. In the last three days when receiving mail my accounts have gone offline on two different computers. I can still access them by signing into iCloud, but not from the mail application. I went to accounts and the "incoming mail server" is blank. I have tried creating a new account with "imap.mail.me.com" , but it still did not connect. Has something changed at iCloud?

I bought the film, "Woodstock," a couple of years ago thru iTunes. I see the film listed in iTunes and I see the actual file on my computer, but I cannot get it to play. It has played in the past. I was going to re-download thru iCloud, but it says it's already downloaded, which it is. I have also tried logging into iTunes using my other IDs but still it won't play. I've had these in the past they've always downloaded under the Purchased section of the itunes store and, at the same time, will show under my Movies playlist in itunes (the default playlist, it's not one I created). However, this time around I only see the movie under Purchased. I can drag it to Movies but it never goes there. I just need mine to show in my Movies playlist. It has been a while since I've downloaded anything through the store so maybe this is something new? I've looked at all of the movie info and metadata and there isn't anything out of the ordinary.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had/have a family pack Mobile me account.we shared itunes music apps etc and of course had separate emails I followed the instructions to transition to the icloud so we could continue to share apps and music but have separate email accounts, calendars etc we have ipad/iphone/desktop.
when the secondary person sent emails my name was appearing on her email with her email address. I went deeper into "settings on the ipad and iphone and changed the name for emails. I think that solved it.
when I go under the apple on her desktop to system preferences to: icloud it has the wrong name. I can go into account details and type her name in but the grayed out name under the icloud is still me and when I go back to account details it reverts back to my name
when I go to mail contacts and calenders her name and account is correct for the mail but again, the icloud is incorrect...has my name. She does not have my calendars or contacts and I don't have hers

How does the old rule of syncing unlimited number of iOS devices to one Mac figure into the 10-device limit if one activates iCloud account?I have not activated iCloud because it limits me to 10 devices total, be they Mac or iOS, and I feared that it would then wipe out the old rule of syncing unlimited devices to one Mac.
