I bought a movie on iTunes a couple years ago. I went to view it and a message popped up saying that this movie could not be played because it is not registered to this computer. This is the first time I've encountered this problem. I have watched the movie several times before. Do movies from iTunes expire?

I bought the film, "Woodstock," a couple of years ago thru iTunes. I see the film listed in iTunes and I see the actual file on my computer, but I cannot get it to play. It has played in the past. I was going to re-download thru iCloud, but it says it's already downloaded, which it is. I have also tried logging into iTunes using my other IDs but still it won't play. I also tried to open it in QuickTime, but I got this error message - <The document “Woodstock_ 3 Days of Peace and Music (Director's Cut).m4v” could not be opened. This content is not authorized.>

I've had these in the past they've always downloaded under the Purchased section of the itunes store and, at the same time, will show under my Movies playlist in itunes (the default playlist, it's not one I created). However, this time around I only see the movie under Purchased. I can drag it to Movies but it never goes there. I just need mine to show in my Movies playlist. It has been a while since I've downloaded anything through the store so maybe this is something new? I've looked at all of the movie info and metadata and there isn't anything out of the ordinary.

Had an issue with my Macbook Pro recently in that it wouldn't start up. A friend got it sorted but when I booted up had to put all my details in and instal all new updates. I didn't lose any of my data from my machine it had all been moved to a Previous Systems folder on the hard drive. No problem, imported everything back to the current folder. Anyway as soon as I tried to watch anything that had been bought through the iTunes store wouldn't work. The screen opens and the timer ticks away like it's playing but no sound and just a grey box.

I don't understand this message. I thought that if I bought a song or an app from my iPhone it would be brought to iTunes on my MacBook when I did a synch, or direclty from the store. How would I identify what items the message is referring to, and how would I add them to my library?

I recently bought an album via iTunes Music Store on my iPhone 4S, but I can't seem to figure out why it isn't syncing to my iTunes account on my computer. I am not using iTunes Match cloud or anything. This was happening even with automatic downloads set on iTunes, but I have since turned it off because I have bandwidth limits for my satellite Internet. I just purchased an album from the iTunes store and it downloaded the whole album except one song, which it tells me it can't download because the file is corrupted. It tells me to re-download by pressing "Check Available Downloads", which if done many times and it doesn't work! It just keeps telling me the same thing over and over. I think the error is -100000.
