View 1 Replies View RelatedI just got into using Numbers, it's awesome, the templates are great, but I'd like some alternative ones if possible. Especially comparison tables. I'm ok with using the same template for eternity, it would just look better if I didn't.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI run OSX 10.5.8 with Mail 3.6. I have used Mail templates successfully many times. Today I decided to make a custom template and followed the directions in Mail Help. When I saved my custom template, Mail closed and gave me the report window. The report could not be submitted. I can open Mail and do all normal Mail functions, except for the templates. Now, every time I open templates, the Mail app closes and gives me the report window, and each time the report window will not submit the report. I don't really need to make custom templates, I was just trying to learn something new. I do like the standard templates and would like to be able to use them. I closed Mail and re-opened. I shut down the computer and rebooted but no luck. How I can get back to the way things were?

Before I upgraded to Tiger, I used Abracode's MailTemplate to help me deal with responding to hundreds of emails that had the same answers. MailTemplate doesn't work with Tiger and I've yet to find a replacement.
Soooo, I'm looking for something that will let me respond or create emails using a template of sorts...so as to save myself from typing to the same thing over and over and over and over again.
After clicking on 'get mail' the download bar shows activity but no mail is downloaded to the inbox. Checked to see if for some reason mail is being downloaded to another box but not so.I know that mail is being sent because I can receive it on my iphone under same email address.Email was working ok until yesterday when this started happening. Not sure what to check or how to correct.

After being threatened to get hacked, I've decided to clear out all the emails on the mailserver (gmail's online mail client). But before I do, is there a way to download all the emails from my mail server from all time? I only set Leopard's Mail client up on March 8th, so I only have emails from March 8th and after on Leopard. I want to have email from since I registered my Gmail account years ago.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI run a business and I've been able to open my invoice templates up until a couple days ago. For some reason when I try to open them now, I get a Converting: Metafile progress bar that pops up and it keeps looping like its converting something, and there is something about the graphic filter too that comes up but the document never actually opens. I can open Excel and start a new document and such but when I try and open this particular template it does this. I need to print out some invoices for my customers.
View 2 Replies View RelatedIn DVDSP3 (or 4 I believe), not all of the Apple menu templates can cope with being stretched to 16:9.
Some adjust themselves when you change the menu's aspect, other's don't expand to fill the screen.
I'm told you can adjust the template file directly (in Photoshop or whatever).
Running Lion, how do you create new stationery templates for Mail? There are several articles in Google for Snow Leopard, et al, but nothing for Lion. everything regarding stationery seems to be 2-3 years old?Â
Also, where do the JPG's for the current stationery reside??Â

Is it possible to create your own Storyboards? It seems this would be a no-brainer for after market sales and to help those of us who use similar technology with Avid/Vegas/etc.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have created a new template document in Pages but am unable to 'Save As Template'; I get an error message saying that I don't have the right permissions. Having looked in the Library/Application Support/iWork folder I find that I have no permissions for the Pages sub-folder. It says there is 'custom access', my account doesn't exist in the list and everything is greyed out. Interestingly however, I do have permissions for the equivalent Numbers sub-folder. I have run Repair Disc Permissions - but this makes no difference.

You know all those templates and everything right? They all freeze for me. Word, PowerPoint & Excel. The programs work fine though, but I use the "recently used files" or whatever it's called and also the templates. The templates in PowerPoint are really awesome.
