Aug 1, 20101. I've had some trouble publishing with iWeb. The issue on Firefox seems to have gone away after my internet hosting company apparently "fixed" some DNS zones issues but the problem still exists when I view the pages in Safari. The website is [URL]. Notice how (in Safari) the "John O"Leary" at the top of the page seems to bounce but only if the page is not already in the browser's cache.
2. I've published a number of sites to folders. Is there any way to re-open these sites in iWeb to edit them or is the only way to do this to save the "Domain.sites" file under: User / Library / Application Support / iWeb?

Mar 10, 2010I had used a separate FTP client until '09 came out but I have been having problems lately getting iWeb to connect. Can anyone suggest a good FTP client? Preferably free. The one I used before, you just dragged the folder onto the icon on the dock and it took it from there.

Nov 9, 2010I accidentally double-clicked on a file named "Domain" which was really a backup file of my Site. My problem is that I had backed up my site a long time ago, after which i have made many changes. Now when I open iWeb it takes me back to the original days of the site. I still have the desired folder in "Sites", but can seem to get in onto iWeb. Is there any way to put my latest site back onto iweb?

Some adjust themselves when you change the menu's aspect, other's don't expand to fill the screen.
I'm told you can adjust the template file directly (in Photoshop or whatever).

Sep 10, 2010I have a Disk Image that I've password protected, but have come to find out that even though somebody might not be able to get into it, they can still put it in the trash and delete it.
I've read some forums and everybody keeps saying, "Do a Cmd+I and select 'Locked' and that will prevent it from being deleted."
When I do a Cmd+I on the (mounted) Disk Image, there is no "Locked" option, only "Shared".
There is a "Locked" option on the .sparseimage when I do a Cmd+I on that...however, after I "Locked" it, I tried deleting it and the computer was perfectly happy to let me delete it...which kind of goes against the purpose of locking it in the first place.
