Safari :: When I Pinch-to-zoom In It Sometimes Buttons Become Improperly Displayed

I have noticed an issue with Safari's Pinch-To-Zoom feature. When I zoom in on a website containing specific types of buttons, the buttons appear to become full of question marks or something, instead of the button. As far as I can tell, the types of buttons that do this are ones like "Login" buttons, and others.Since I don't know how exaclty to word the description of the buttons, here are examples of them:

When I go here, and zoom in, the buttons by the search input are distorted.This is not specific to wikipedia, because it happens with other buttons like with the kind of glossy look in safari, that become looking like:when I zoom in.

With Snow Leopard and my MBP I was able to use the pinch to zoom on the trackpad to zoom in or out on my desktop icons. It doesn't seem to work anymore in Lion. Is there a way to enable it?

Suddenly, and spontaneously, pinch to zoom is not working in any area of Motion. I thought maybe I accidentally did some keyboard thing that disabled it, but System Preferences shows it's still enabled, and pinch to zoom is working normally in all other applications. It's just not working in Motion for some reason. I've restarted Motion and that didn't fix it. Also rebooted and surprisingly that also didn't fix it.

In a Finder window, if I'm looking for photos (for example) and I click on the thumbnail view, I cannot enlarge the thumbnails like I used to with the pinch gesture.Has this been disabled in Lion 10.7?Is there a way to allow it again? The 'Pinch to Zoom' gesture has been allowed in System preferences and it works with every application, just not in a Finder window.

I'm trying the new Safari and I love the support for the pinch gesture (coming to Firefox in the next version apparently). Anyhow, I find it difficult to control how quickly the page zooms. Is there any setting to slow the zoom down, i.e. make it less sensitive?

i can not zoom in and zoom out in the finder's windows with the folders as in snow leopard i was able to make the folders bigger with the zoom pinch in and out but i was unable to do with it in mac lion

Some webpages are turning up with the same font. It's the font named Snell Roundhand. Error pages, eBay information pages... stuff like that. It will disregard my font selection and go with that one.

hope someone knows about this, I failed in figuring out myself
Safari has the Zoom-In function, standart hotkey 'cmd+', and I want my mouse to do that by cmd+scrolling. I use the app 'SteerMouse' for making my mouse's special buttons work, but I couldn't find an option to combine a mouse action (i.e. 'scrolling') with a keyboard key (i.e. cmd).
Someone an Idea?

Bug - Safari 5.1.5 breaks the keyword search of PDF files displayed on Safari.
After updating to Safari 5.1.5 with Adobe Acrobat Pro 10.1.3 on Mac OS X 10.6.8, it is not possible to search for keywords in PDF documents displayed on Safari.

When I visit websites, I constantly have to hit the zoom in button in the Safari menu bar. If I don't do this, there are words that overlap on the page. Is there a way I could make Safari remember my zoom options? I have 18 point selected under the Advanced section of Safari System Preferences. I also use Chrome and Chrome seems to remember my view options.

so i just got bored with safari so i decided to try out google chrome. but i had a few questions.
is there a way to add custom buttons like in safari? i like how in safari i can put buttons like + Bookmark and place it anywhere i like. is there a way to do this in chrome?
and also any recommended extensions? right now i just have, add block, flash block, and speed dial (top sites) extensions.

Completed the Safari 5.1.4 update late last night and since then when trying to use youtube. Videos will play sometimes. Other times they will play but I have no control over volume, search bar, play buttons and the like. Also the biggest issue I am having is the like, share, add and other buttons don't work.

I haven't noticed this when using a USB mouse, but when I use my trackpad recently, and click on a non-active window, it focuses on the window I clicked on and then immediately "minimizes" it into the dock.

I have a 3 disc set that I just imported. However disc 1 and disc 2 both import as disc 1 of 3. This is a live album so it makes a difference. Is there a way I can change the disc number?

External Drive Improperly disconnected pops up after I awake the Mac from sleep?
Mac Intel with Snow Leopard connected with fire wire to an external G-Drive.
Normally this has not been a problem. However I now have 2 external G-Drives daisy chained to each other with one firewire going to the mac.
Everything works normally accept when the mac goes to sleep it thinks the external drives were disconnected when they are not.

every time i have an update this will promt out, but the update still cary one sucesslly. do i need to do some thing with it our still ignore it? or do what it says? How to? The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/WkClassicNotSeizeDriver.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

I accidentally deleted the applications folder under my user directory. I made a duplicate from the hard drive directory and put it under user, but when I add new applications to one, it does not show up in the other like it used to. I guess I had a wrong idea of what duplicate does.

Is it possible to zoom in on text on my Nacbook Air 11" running OS X Mavericks 10.9.4?
My eyesight is getting worse and I could do with viewing larger text but don't want the recipients to receive huge fonts. The pinch does not work.

My external hard drive has been repeatedly ejected improperly and now it is not displaying on my computer, not even in disk utility. How do I re-mount this external hard drive? In the past when this has happened, all I had to do was go to Disk Utility or use DiskWarrior to fix the issue but now it won't even show up in either of these apps.

am using a Rev A MBA, and I just noticed that after the 10.5.6 update, I have lost the functionality of the pinch gesture when trying to enlarge/reduce icons ? both on the desktop and finder. Still works in all other areas like photos or webpages.
Anybody else notice this?

Is there a way to disable the �pinch open and close� feature on a MBP trackpad? I swear, it�s going to put me in therapy. Every time I need to scroll through massive spreadsheets for work, if my fingers separate by even a hair, the trackpad reads it as a pinch, then the document suddenly balloons to massive proportion or shrinks to infinitesimally tiny print. Seems there ought to be a simple way to turn the thing off, but for the life of me, I can�t find it.
