OS X Mavericks :: How To Download It Without Mac App Store Access

I have a MacBookPro. Unfortunately something went wrong with my OS X and I tried to reinstall OS X. First for all I formatted my SSD in Recovery tool (Cmd+R keys) and the restart my laptop(Yeah, now I understand it was not so clever, but I'm new with macs). And now when I starting my mac I see in black screen a directory with "?" symbol. And Recovery tool doesn't work. And now I can't download nothing. But I have a Windows machine. So is there way how I can download OS X image on Windows?Â

Have just upgraded my macbook to Lion. I logged into the app store, bought, downloaded and installed Lion no problem.
After upgrade I returned to the app store to download ibooks author. I can find ibooks author but when I try and install the app I have to sign in and I get a "connection failed" error message.
The same happens in iTunes when I try and view my account - "The network connection failed"Â
I can access the internet with no problems - including secure sites. I can access software update with no problems.Â
I have made no changes to my network settings - could sign in and download apps before upgrade, unable to after upgrade.

I reside in Spain and I've recently opened a joint account with a US resident here in Los Angeles at Charles Schwab bank.The financial consultant told us it's possible to deposit checks into schwab account through an app for iphone [URL]I've tried to download but it appears the following window: "your application has not been able to complete" and "The article you requested is not available at this time in Spanish Store, but is available in the U.S. Store. Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. What can I do? Is there a way to buy / download items from a different Itunes stores?Â

I bought this iMac which was purchased new Nov 24th 2011 and I bought it from a friend in January 2012 as well as purchased the applecare. When I did a clean install it removed the iLife bundle and when I try to reinstall it the app store tells me this: These apps cannot be accepted by your Apple ID.These apps were already assigned to another Apple ID, and they will be available in that Apple ID's Purchases list. If you don't have access to that Apple ID and want to receive future updates, you will need to purchase the applications.I would not have done the clean install if I knew that it would take away some of the features but when the Apple employee told me how to do it he didnt tell me that some items would not reinstall without the original Apple ID (not that I blame him).Is there any way that I can get them back on my computer without having to purchase them. I think that since they came with the computer originally that it should be possible.

I'm on a macbook circa 2007 (not eligible for Yosemite). I was running 10.7.5 (lion) but had issues and had to reinstall from snow leopard disk. I've updated to 10.6.8 and installed combo update, but App store still won't open (it's crossed out in icon in doc and I get an error that says I need 10.7 to open it). So I can't update to 10.7 without app store and I can't open app store with 10.7. Catch 22. Â
I've tried restoring from Time Machine backups where system was using 10.7.5, but those restores failed.Â
I can't access any of photos, etc.Â

i noticed my dock was using 99% of my cpu and when i clicked the download folder it wouldnt open it and when i try to open it from finder it uses nearly all of the cpu and just does that little rainbow pinwheel

i started download this app called aerofly fs from app store and some how my cat stepped on my mpc and it got restarted. After restart when i tried to resume download from app store but the button appears to say install not resume download, i clicked on install anyway but it does not respond, i mean the button turned grey for a few seconds and comes back to a blue install, nothing happened!!! later i tried to update a few apps and the same thing happens, app store was not responsive to download.

For the past few months it has been a pain trying to download from the apps store. I'm trying to reinstall some of my apps, and all I get when I hit the install button is the little round circle next to the back & forward buttons. This happens when I try to update apps also. Starting yesterday, I can no longer access iTunes Store via iTunes. I've not changed any settings whatsoever on my MBP. The only thing I've recently done is run an advertised security update a couple of days ago. When I start iTunes and click on iTunes Store it just says "Accessing iTunes Store...", but never loads anything. I can update my podcasts with no problems. Could this new security update have screwed something up?

I'm trying to run iTunes Match and it simply stalls at stage 1. Yes, I believe I've tried the fixes listed in other places where this seems to have been an ongoing issue since launch - and not all of these work for the people there, either. These include removing stoping and starting Match, stopping and starting Genius, stopping and starting Genius and Match, moving the iTunes Library files and reimporting them as new libraries and so on. Nothing is working for me.Â
I run iTunes match and it matches "most" of my songs and then stalls. I've left it for days to see how long the stall is and it never clears.Over the last few days' stops and starts, it's matched as follows:

iTunes frequently also can't access the iTunes Store or comes up with unknown errors.this is an entirely new music library. I set up my Mac from scratch a few months ago with a new SSD. My music library had a lot of old files sampled at low bit rates - I was re-ripping to flac for my hifi, so I decided to re-rip to iTunes as well at the same time (my previous iTunes Match had lots of stuff it couldn't match, but was uploaded at a low bit rate since that was all that was available). My network connection is wired and I have very good broadband (cable) speed.
