On April 15 tried to open 2 PDF files on separate websites resulting in blank browser screen. Uninstalled current version(10.1.3) & reinstalled again from Adobe site. Same result.

This has just recently started happening...when I type in a web address such as [URL] it will pop up and then disappear to a blank screen or some other websites just come up blank....does anyone know how I can fix this. My friend just started a new company and I can't even look at her site because it comes up a white blank screen and apparently I am the only who is having this problem. I have reset Safari and even clean up my hard drive with Onyx. Please help!!! Also, I have seen other post regarding this problem and I have clicked on the links for software for parasites but they all seem to be for Windows. I am running Safari on a Macbook 10.4.11

I am trying to figure out what software and how to use it for making a split screen video. Basically I have 2 videos already recorded of my son, one when first born and one at 3 months. A set of websites (all with the same beginning in their address) all stopped working from my computer. It works on other people's computers, and I can go to any other webpage just fine, but this one site just won't load. It won't load whether I'm using Firefox, Safari, or whatever. I tried repairing permissions, emptying the cache, deleting cookies, and turning the computer on and off. Still no luck, but it's just for those sites (and just my computer, as my neighbor can see the sites fine).

My wife's a serious artist; I made [URL] to be a retrospective of her decades of work, to be seen by various museums and galleries. I chose to buy a Macbook and use Iweb as an alternative to spending the same money on some pro using Dreamweaver or GoLive. (I've developed, over years, a strong distaste for Micrsoft.)
The site works fine in Firefox, Safari, and Chrome -- but not in IE -- only occasionally there (usually in IE6) unless one changes IE's "Accessibility" option to "ignore specified website colors" -- which generally screws up the user.
I am not sure why my Safari browser goes blank and I have no idea why. I was working before but it now only shows "Blank page" after I upgraded a new version of Safari about 3 months ago. Â

View 8 Replies View RelatedI am running SL and the Gmail Notifier for Mac, and Firefox. Every time I click an email link in Firefox, instead of opening up a "compose mail" page in Gmail like it used to, recently I just get sent to an old-style HTML only Gmail page, as pictured below.
Anyone else experiencing this? it's getting pretty annoying that any time I click an email, I get sent to a useless Gmail page. I've tried googling the problem, but it never turns up results that are relevant.
When I want to open a new tab in Safari, FireFox and Opera I press the keyboard shortcut of command & T but it no longer works. command w closes the window, command r refreshes the page.

I can open the link in a new tab no problem, but don't want to have to do this all the time. I can open the very same pages no problem on my macbook pro, which is running osx lion also and the same browser versions.

Everytime I click on a link to download something (mostly powerpoints or documents for school), I click on the link and it opens up a blank window tab which i have to close and it becomes quite annoying and pointless. I am new! mac os x 10.4.6. Within seconds of logging-in to my new facebook page, the browser crashes. I check the mac report and it says 'Kern Protection failure'. I mailed facebook and they suggested it was a cache/cookie problem. These I cleared but the problem persists. The report continued by mentioning Adobe Flash Player Failure 0. I have upgraded the browsers and the Adobe Flash Player ( I think!)- still no joy. I am at the limit of what I know.
