I have several email accounts with different SMTP settings. So I may want to use the account from time to time but I don't need to be checking mail and downloading all the accounts. We do not use iCloud presently. In preparation for Mountain Lion, I am considering turning on iCloud in system preferences. It is possible or advisable for us to have two iCloud accounts? I ask that because she has exclusive use of our one iPad and I have exclusive use of our one iMac. Since iCloud facilitates sharing of data among devices, is there any reason to have one iCloud account synching the MBP and the iPad, and another synching the MBP and my iMac?

I want to use the "Back to my Mac" feature. Under Settings>iCloud it says "Set up router for better performance". What can I do to solve this?Â
My current setup: AirPort Extreme 5th Gen which connects using PPPoE to the Internet and provides DHCP and NAT. The AirPort Extreme is connected via Ethernet to the modem from my ISP, which is set to bridge mode.
Next week I will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from my home in Leeds.  I have 2 iMacs - one for each location. I was wondering whether there's a way of setting up iCloud with my work email address in order to sync my emails on both machines? I have to refer to my emails quite a lot in my job and it will be rather frustrating to have some one one machine and the rest on the other. Oue email server is POP only. I use Apple Mail on both machines.Â

Just installed Lion on my Early 2008 MacBook Pro. I am trying to setup iCloud Mail & Notes for the first time in the System Preferences. iCloud asks me to "Choose an email address." I am trying to setup photostream to work with two iPhones. I have created a me.com account for one of them and a gmail.com account for the other iPhone. The me.com account works for photostream but I cannot get the gmail account to work. The me.com account says that it is the primary account. Does this mean that photostream only works for one account?

I am trying to setup a firefighter's apple laptop into our linksys net at firestation. She got access fine when we did not have it secured but now we setup a wep key. All other members can get in by entering wep key when they choose the wireless router but when we input the wep key to apple laptop airport I think we get connection error. Key is definitely right. What changed in the apple setup other than the wep key, again when signal was unsecure laptop safari worked fine. The linksys is a B about 3 years old.
