Okay I must be missing something, but how do you delete Music Videos in iTunes? The delete key seems to have no purpose and there's no delete option in any menu. If this is a stupid question then I apologize, but man, I feel like it should be easier.

The developers are extremely protective of this software even though it is free to use. You have to send a signed contract agreement to them through snail-mail before you can get a password to the site to download the program. This program is only available for Windows and Linux. There is no alternative for OSX. Can I somehow use the source for Linux to compile and run on OSX? Obviously Fink isn't going to work because of the licensing it can't be added as a package to the repositories. running it through Linux or Windows with an emulator?

What I hope to do with it is a) Back-up files on my MB using Time Machine, and b) Back-up files I have on a 250GB Lacie portable HD full of photos/videos/music.I am requesting advice on how to back-up a back-up (ie. backup my Lacie onto my Seagate). Is there a popular freeware program that I should use to do that? I suppose I could just copy and paste the photos/videos/music, but I'm sure there's a free program that does syncs, which would be way more efficient.

Problem is, now I can't find those concerts on iTunes, I can still view them on the iPod, but I can't find access to them through iTunes to edit info/delete them if I want to. View 1 Replies View RelatedIt's been a few months since I've compiled the HandBrake SVN and I thought I'd give it a try after hearing some good things after the recent improvements. However, I've been unable to actually compile a working application. Like before, I followed the steps listed here. I know pretty much nothing about terminal, so maybe I'm doing something wrong in the process. I've tried using RapidSVN and Terminal to checkout the SVN, but neither seems to work. After navigating to the folder, I type "make" into terminal. Previously, it would take a few minutes to compile the application. However, now terminal just responds with "make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop."

Many customers now have mac and asking for mac compatible version. Is there anyway I can compile my all text and flash files to mac compatible executing file.
When recording video in PhotoBooth mst of it is not captured. For example, say I record a video for 3 minutes, the clock will say 3 minutes, and once I hit stop the resulting video file will be around a minute long. This is happening with all recordings, however I do not have such problems when using video capture in iMovie.

Programs for simple tasks like uploading music onto devices should be efficently coded, not resource hogs that are incredibly unintuitive and needlessly complicated. Why can't we just drag and drop music and videos directly onto our phone like we can with just about every other media player? I already have all of my music organized just as I want it on my computer. Just let me drag the folders I want directly into the iPhone without having to bother with a 100mb download that runs like crap.

Simple question I have downloaded a few seasons of Southpark and other tv shows in hd how do I burn them to a dvd or get them to be able to play on my ps3. I have vista home premium 64 bit and can't get it to stream through tversity. I do not want to buy an appletv I just want my shows to play on my tv in hd and not have to hook up my ipod. The only view option I get when the video is constrained within iTunes is Full Screen, all other options are greyed out. I don't want all my video automatically resized to max my iTunes window.

I never noticed this on my last hp laptop but my new dell almost everything in itunes plays with the audio out of sync with the video. most noticeable on podcasts. my dell is not high end but it has duel core amd 64 4400 chips 2 gigs of ram. running xp. it has a built in nvidia geforce 6150l video card with a built in sound card. it has done this since I got it a month ago. it is not an issue playing dvd's in windows media player. just itunes. any clues?

I can't right click on anything within a slide, although I still can right click in the navigator side bar on the slide thumbnails on the left hand side.
My school provides students with PDF versions of the powerpoint slides that the professors use in lecture. Many students print them out and take notes on them, a system which I dislike because that wastes paper, and I like to keep my notes organized on my computer. I currently take notes using Microsoft Word's notebooks which is okay, but I end up rewriting things that are on the slides. Sorry for the long winded intro, but my question is are there any programs available that would allow for the addition of texts to the PDFs. I know how to do it with Adobe Software, but I was hoping that someone could clue me into a simpler solution for in-class note taking. Adobe's programs are all have more features than I need on a daily basis, I would like a program simpler and more streamlined.
