I have £30 left in my app store account ( which was from a gift card) and want to buy an app for £35. Will this amount be taken as a whole (£35) from a card...Or only the £5 remaining?

I redeemed my gift cards and I have a positive balance on my account, but when I try to buy pages it sends me to my billing info and askes for my credit card information. Why can't I just buy it and download it? I don't know what is going on.

I reside in Spain and I've recently opened a joint account with a US resident here in Los Angeles at Charles Schwab bank.The financial consultant told us it's possible to deposit checks into schwab account through an app for iphone [URL]I've tried to download but it appears the following window: "your application has not been able to complete" and "The article you requested is not available at this time in Spanish Store, but is available in the U.S. Store. Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. What can I do? A while ago I purchased my macbook pro, and a few months later I added an additional £20 to the £65 free app store balance I received with my macbook, I've made a few purchases from this amount and when I added my £20 gift card my balance was shown to me to be around £80.I cannot find my balance ANYWHERE and I've been looking for ages could anyone help me find my itunes or app store balance, I don't want to pay by credit card when I should have £80 on my account somewhere!

In past versions of iTunes, the account balance from gift cards was displayed next to your name near the top right hand corner. That is no longer there in iTunes 10 and I have searched though different panels looking for the balance, but am unable to find it. Anyone know where I can find the balance?

I try clicking the update button and get the message "You have updates available for other accounts: Sign in to [url]... to update applications for that account." -- I have no clue what this account is or where it came from but it's not mine. I have the app store icon in my dock indicating that an app has an update. I click the app in the the update section and another window appears telling me I have updates for other accounts and that I need to sign into that accound to update applications for that account. The email address for that account is unknown to me. I am not aware of anyone having hacked my account, but it is in the back of my mind naturally that this has occurred. I have changed password on my account so far. I cannot delete the update from the app store even though I have deleted the iphone app from my itunes list.
