Why I cannot purchase videos with an English subtitles? I always stuck on movies which I want see on my iPad there are not much an English subtitles for Hard of Hearing and Deaf people?

How can I tell that a film has English sub-titles or close captioning before I purchase and download it. My wife is deaf and we need sub-titling of some description but the film descriptions do not appear to tell you before downloading.

When I tried to view one of the movies, quicktime opened with this message: "QuickTime Player is not authorized to play “Clara's Heart.m4v”. In order to play this content, please open it with iTunes" So, I tried to open with iTunes, and discovered that I couldn't.

I have been trying to burn a DVD with iDVD with DVD player selectable subtitles and every time I burn a disc the subtitles are removed. The files I am adding to iDVD are mp4 with external .srt subtitles added to them via a re-encode with handbreak. Is there any way to preserve the subtitles and make them selectable on a DVD player?

I have a around 45 OS X 10.4.11 clients in a school that I have recently installed iWorks 09 on and through this I have realised that the clients language is set to English (US) which is causing some issues in the spell checker. I just downloaded iSubtitle, having seen it advertised on Apple's website...I bought it thinking it would be a good way to add external .SRT files to my iTunes purchased movies as my GF is Chinese and we like to watch movies together...fail...it is actually a brilliant little piece of software and it works wonderfully with any other kind of movie file apart from DRM encoded iTunes movies.
So what are my options? Is there a way to remove DRM from iTunes downloaded movies? Should I go back to buying physical DVD's and ripping them with Handbrake? Apple have really pissed me off here for the first time...It's not like I'm wanting to do anything illegal here, just watch iTunes purchased movies with my GF using subtitles that Apple are stupidly not offering in the first place.

I have credit cards from Thailand and the UAE. When I try to enter my information it comes up with Thai for the the Thai cards and Arabic for the UAE cards. I have tried uisng the US associated with my account but it asks for different credit card info. I need to know how to enter the information in English.

Im trying to open an iTunes account in Spain, however the content is Spanish and I am from the UK and I want English content. I can change the country to the UK but as I start the registration process iTunes ask for the banking details, at this point it asks If the billing address of your credit card is not in the UK click here once you select Spain as your banking address all the content reverts back to Spanish. In short - How do I set up an account With English content in Spain with a Spanish bank account?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI just went through the process of buying an app as a gift to be delivered via email. Typed my personal message to the recipient, confirmed the delivery address. Got the review screen. Then when I clocked to purchase the app, I got a security screen asking me to select 3 security questions and an alternate email address. Got immediate emails from Apple noting the changes to my account. But I never got an email confirming the gift purchase. How do I tell if it went through? The item is not listed in my purchases, but maybe that's by design? Did the security question dialog hijack the purchase process?
(Also checked my credit card website, and it doesn't look like there's a pending charge yet. But I'd hate to purchase this app twice.)

Why? Isn't that point of a digital copy? I could just as easily buy a used DVD cheaper and rip it. The film is still for sale in the iTunes store, why could I not get it in the Cloud? I'm running iTunes 10.6.1 and Configurator 1.0.1. I just purchased 32 copies of an app for one of our school iPad carts. The last time I did this I made the purchase, ran iTunes, input the first app code, and downloaded the app.
Now when I input the code for a new app, it begins to download 32 copies of the the last app I bought, which was iMovie. I can cancel all of the downloads, but when I go in to add a another new app, it then starts to download 64 apps: 32 copies of iMovie and 32 copies of the app I just installed.

I have removed the item from my Music Library and my iTunes Media on my Mac. Then I synch my iPad and then the song reappears in iTunes. View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm on my 14th email to iTunes support and after 14 days of not being able to log into my iTunes account, I'm getting a bit desperate. Every time I log in, I'm redirected to the login screen that asks for my account name and password. I've reset my password 4x and Apple has done it twice. Still no change. I'm not getting any response that my password is wrong and I'm allowed to fill in my credentials as many times as I want. It's just redirecting me to the login screen and asking me again. If I log out and back in, it tells me after login that I need to press "ok" to verify my account information, after which it redirects me to... the login screen.
