I uploaded a few documents on to my iCloud drive from my Mac 1. I can see them from My Mac 1 and from iCloud.com but cannot from my other Macs.
Documents were uploaded in the morning and am checking at night, still no signs. Is there a access or sync issue for showing documents across all your devices ?

Using Pages I have a number of documents that just don't show up on any of my iCloud devices (including iCloud from my Mac, when I click Open and go to iCloud they aren't there). I have tried duplicating the files and saving them to iCloud but they still don't appear. Any new documents that are saved into iCloud are saved properly, but this group of older files have been heavily enough formatted that copying and pasting would be a pain. I have saved all the old files under a similar tag. They all appear in Finder under the tag and the file path even shows them as located in iCloud, but that is the only way I can locate them.Â
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my macbook, iphone, and (new) imac all setup as icloud accounts for email. All email is coming through just fine on each device. However on the new imac messages which have been "read" on the iphone or on the macbook are still showing up as unread in mail on the imac.

Is there a way to see the content that's been uploaded to iCloud? I want to delete and add additional content, but don't know of a way to see the 'clould' as a folder. I guess as Apple as done away with iDisk (where this was possible) it was just a good method of being able to visually confirm what's there and what isn't.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI'm not sure what the culprit is because the night I downloaded the last update of 10.5.8, the circuit for this room also blew. I don't know if it interrupted the download or not, as I wasn't paying attention. However, the next morning I woke up to the gray screen and it never booted. I finally was able to boot it up and the hard drive had a name like kjkldfjkjdkljafkjadkj. I renamed the hard drive and ran disk utilities on it. It needed to be repaired, so I installed the installation CD and used disk utilities from it. It says everything is fine. However, the hard drive now does not show up under Devices when using Finder. Also, everything seems to be a lot more sluggish now.

For some reason iCloud has decided that my account is no longer verified. None of my Mac computers or iOS devices are able to log on the the iCloud account. When trying to access the iCloud settings on my Mac I get the message that the account is not verified and that I should follow the instructions in the email sent to me. I have not received any email. No matter how many times I click the "resend confirmation" button I still am not getting the email containing instructions on how to reconfirm my account.

This is the reason I loved Mobile Me and paid for it for years. iCloud work fine for awhile, but now some of my appointments are not syncing. I have checked all of the settings and they are correct. I put an important appointment on my main laptop last night and it is not on any of the other devices; I then put it on my iPhone and it is not on my iMac at work. All of my software is up to date and current. I really depend on this feature.

I just purchased a new iPad and discovered that I needed to upgrade my Pages & Numbers to the '09 version to be compatible with the &pages & Numbers on the iPad. I did this and now when I attempt to save a document it asks if I want to save a Version but it doesn't give me an opportunity to save it to My iCloud Documents. My iMac shows several documents in the My iCloud Documents file butbmy iPad doesn't show these files. My iPad does see a couple of files from Numbers but when I try to open them I get a message sayingb that It can't open files that are not saved in Numbers '09 even though I thought they were converted to Numbers '09. I even created a new document in Numbers '09 but it doesn't show up in iCloud and I can't access it on my MacBook Pro or the iPad, obly on the iMac where it was created. My guess is the problem is somewhere in the coinversion to Pages & Numbers '09 from the '08 version but what is beyond me.  Should I completely remove the old Apps for Pages & Numbers? I have all of the settings, as specified, on all three devices and, interestingly, my calendar and contacts have synced on the iPad and both computers.
