I have a large music library (over 500GB) and from what I've read it is not clear whether there is any way to use the iCloud match service for music libraries that large. The limit seems to be 50GB. Is there a way to use iCloud Match for really large libraries?

Usually I just stream my cloud songs without downloading them, but the other day when I opened my laptop they were gone. My phone still has all my iCloud songs but my Mac doesn't, also I have "Check for Available Downloads" checked, but it didn't work.

I had a fairly extensive music collection and recently i had to get a new hard drive. I didn't think it would be a big deal because i had always updated itunes Match. But iTunes match isn't showing me my library to download my music again.
Did i completely misunderstand iTunes Match? Do i have to start over?
All the music properly downloads on my iphone but not my mac.
I had selected a whole bunch of music from my iTunes to sync onto my iPhone using my USB cable. Now I've signed up for iTunes Match and none of that music is on my iPhone anymore except by streaming. How do I get those tunes and podcasts back on my iPhone so I can listen to them when streaming is not available (like downstairs in my gym where there's no signal) WHILE ALSO being able to access the other non-sync'd tunes if I want whenever I've got a good signal. I spent some time choosing which tunes to keep on my iPhone and which not to sync.

I have had a number issues with my iTunes setup on my new Mac Mini so thought I would start again. I deleted my iTunes folders and then intended to set up again, downloading the 10,000 tracks that were previously on Match. When I log in to my account and update Match, there isn't any content. how I can retrieve it, or has deleting the folders on my local drive somehow wiped my Match account?

This afternoon I installed a few updates in addition to the the Fusion 3 trial.

I keep all my VM's on an external drive, and my free space has only decreased a little (as expected with installing updates). I did not do anything to modify large files (such as renaming iTunes movies etc).
Is there anyway to figure out what Time Machine is doing so I can try and pin point what it's actually backing up? And has anyone had anything similar after installing those items? And, is there anyway of removing the last backup?
When I restore a disk image in Snow Leopard it takes over 50gb of install space! I know that os x should take about 9gb. What is happening?

When i used 'Disk Inventory X' it told me that iTunes was taking up 132GB when it says on my iTunes that the library has 78GB worth of music in it? So i was wondering what could be taking up the extra 50GB, its not duplicates within iTunes or that iTunes is making duplicates of each file opened into it as i regularly delete the contents of my Downloads folder (the place where itunes duplicates the music from)?

Tried updating from iTunes 10.5 to 10.6, no luck. Restarted computer, no luck. The problem is not with the MP3s, I've checked and absolutely nothing will add to my iTunes library.

So my uncle passed and among family heirlooms that I picked up he also left me his iMac. For the longest time all we had needed was a cheap laptop to keep our iTunes on for our iPhones and for internet access. I could wipe out my current iTunes library and start fresh, by I don't have enough ambition to copy over 600 cd's in one day; more likely it will take a few weeks. I would like to be able to set up a new folder and once I get them all copied, delete my current library and switch to the new library.
