Software :: How To Hide Or Change Ip Address?
Is there a way to hide or change my ip address. I have moved to Mexico from the US and several websites including some shopping and my financial institution sites will not let me do things on the site because they see my ip is from outside the US.
Several sites often open in Spanish even google and it is a drag to constantly try and get these sites back in English.
I have nothing to hide I just want use the internet as if I was still in the US.
Any help would be appreciated.

Intel Mac :: Hide Or Change Path Of .log Files?
I use plugins by onOne software amongst others and they keep putting the .log files in the root of "my documents" I like my folders tidy and this just looks scruffy. Can I either make these hidden like in windows or can I at least make them use there own folder ie "Logs" rather than clutter. screenshot for an example Info: iMac, Mac OS X (10.5.6)

IMac Intel :: How To Change IP Address
I have an iMac with a Netgear router connecting to the internet and two ATVs. I have recently purchased two Billion Homeplugs to use with one of the ATVs as the wireless connection is variable. This works fine using the ethernet connection, however I also want to be able to use the wireless facility of the Homeplugs. Having difficulty I contacted Billion who advise that their devices have an IP address of 192.168.1.253 whereas my router has an IP address of 192.168.0.1 and that I need to change the IP address of one or the other. Unfortunately they are unable to help any further as they apparently only know how to do this using Windows!! They sent me a comprehensive manual which covers the issue in great detail but only for Windows. I don't want to mess about with the router settings but would like to alter the BIPAC 2073N IP address. Can anyone tell me in simple terms how this can be done. Information: iMac 24" Intel, G4 Powerbook Mac OS X (10.6.3) printer, scanner, ATVs, external hard drives, USB DAC

IWeb 09 :: Address Change After Upload?
I recently uploaded a website made using iweb. I had previously used a web site designer through the web page provider. When I visited the web site after uploading from iweb, I noticed that the web page address was listed as [URL] /Home.html, instead of the simple [URL] I had a counter on the designed website; however, I am not able to see the counter. What can I do to simplify the address and hopefully see the counter? I did a counter widget through iweb and I also did a html widget from the previous web site.

ITunes :: Way To Change Email Address
iTunes has one of my old email addresses in my profile. How do I update that to be my current e-mail address? Fo example my email and apple id are [url].. but my profile has email [url]... in it - an old email I no longer have access to. Also - i've used 3 different email addresses since I bought my first iPhone. Everytime I update apps on it asks me for a password for one of those 3 email addresses (Apple IDs) - a different one everytime - and it's been so long since I closed those old ones i'm having a hard time remembering the passwords - I guess - because half the time it fails. It would be nice if there was some way to say everything on this phone belongs to the current apple ID.

ITunes Mac :: Trying To Change My Email Address?
I have had an iTunes account for a few years associated with my Hotmail account. Around a year ago I took out the Mobile Me service and have gradually used this for all of my e-mails. The problem I have is when I try and change my iTunes account over from [URL] to [URL]. I get a message which says the following: You cannot change this account to use an existing mobile me email address. If you would like to use your mobile me account you can cancel and sing in with your mobile me account information. So what it is telling me is that I have to create a new account which is not a lot of use to me when I have a long history with my account, all my apps are associated with the old address for example. So why would I be able to change (I assume) to pretty much any other service provider but not the Apple service ? Information: MacBook Mac OS X (10.5.5)

Software :: Change Ethernet MAC Address?
I've read my license agreement and it would seem that I am allowed to use, sell, crush, alter, pour acid on, smack with a hammer, or eat my Macintosh, since I own it. Based on the fact that I own my Mac, I have three questions for you: How do I change my Ethernet MAC address? How to I change my lmhostid ? Is lmhostid simply always just a copy of the Ethernet MAC address, with the colons removed?

Server V10.6 Snow Leopard :: How To Change IP Address
I have a client who has been operating naked on the Internet for years. Every machine in their office has its own public IP address. They have had some issues with former employees accessing their machines and are becoming a bit more security minded. I have purchased an Airport Extreme for them to use as their firewall and provide wireless for the growing number of laptops and iPhones. My question is as follows: If I set up their AE to provide NAT for them and change the IP addresses from the public 67.xxx.xxx.xxx to a private network 192.168.xxx.xxx, how is this going to effect name resolution on the network? Will it cause any other issues that I should be aware of before making the change? Information: iMac G4 Mac OS X (10.4.5)
