wife accidentally hit a key on my Macbook causing safari to zoom out ! I now have enlarged screen of web page - unable to insert any web address on top bar. How do i get out of this - back to normal?
How can safari remember a zoomed in web page? I like to the fill the entire screen with the page then zoom in as much as possible for easy reading. I find this is very helpful on a 13" screen.
I have a Imac 27", bought ut two weeks ago. Some days ago the double tap on mouse made the screen to be zoomed in. Now it doesnt work anymore. When i go to settings- mouse , then its saying there that the double tap to zoom its activated- BUT IT DOESNT WORK ANYWAY??Â

6 month old MBP 15", been running 100% fine, plugged it into a projector the other day and it auto changed the screen resolution. I unplugged the device, went into settings and changed my screen resolution back to it's factory size as well as command & the minus key to make sure I wasn't zoomed in on anything.Â
I then did a system update for the following; Airport utility, Safari, Ricoh Printer, Digital Camera Raw, java, Itunes.Â
Restarted the computer as the updates had finished, then when turning back on the loading screen with the grey background, apple symbol and rotating loading symbol was zoomed in as much as the resolution would allow. So i restarted a couple more times, still the same thing - every time i turn the computer on the loading screen is massivly zoomed in, once it's done loading and moves to the log in screen it is fine.Â
I've tried plugging into the projecter again and editing my settings, that did nothing. It's like because i updated while the settings where wonky it's saved it somehow?Â

A while ago, my fiancee spilled lemonade on her 1.83 GHZ core duo MacBook 13". Her friend was able to dry the inside, and get it to work, but only if it's plugged in. Battery, even though it's good, won't charge, and when unplugged it will turn off. Also, even when it's plugged in, it sporadically turns off. Â how I can fix it? Â
A couple weeks ago I spilled some water on my open MacBook Pro. I turned it off immediately, wiped off the water and let it dry out. I took it to an IT center nearby and they took everything apart and made sure it was dry before they tested anything. When I went to go pick it up, they said that one of my RAM sticks had gotten damaged and aside from a small amount of corrosion on my motherboard, everything seemed fine. I the computer runs pretty smoothly now, I can acess the internet fine and the majority of my apps work. The problem comes when I want to access any saved files. I can't open Finder, I can't attach files to an email and I cant turn off my computer without forcing it to shut down by pressing and holding the power button. Â
Accidently today I deleted Iphotos on my macbook by accident and can't find a way to reinstall it. I also lost my apple care cd when I purchased my macbook. IS there anyway thats for free?
I thought from the keynote this function was available. I can't figure out how to do it and didn't see any info about it anywhere. For people with big screens it could really be useful.
I just created my address book with tons of email addresses and mail addresses. Was happy that was done, started to make groups and as I was dragging and dropping, creating a new group, suddenly there were only two vcards showing. I did undo add to group and undo selected card and that was the furthest I could go back to undo. Now I only have 2 addresses. I checked the trash bin and there is nothing in there from address book, no recovered files either. I searched and found a $99 service to to recover files but don't want to pay - seems that there should be some other way. What happened, and what can I do to find all of those contacts again?
My safari screen went blank and a pop up with the safari logo said i may be infected with a serious threat and to call a support number. I didn't and quit safari then reset safari.Â
I was working on my computer and needed to reboot. When my Safari came back up the arrangement on the screen was completely different. The overall layout was different and I lost a few of my bookmarks in the process. Is there anyway to get it back to my old screen layout?
Every time I go to click a link, or open a new Safari window, nothing seems to happen. No window, links don't seem to work, though they change color as if activated. Did some searching, found that the windows are opening just fine, but opening on a duplicate screen somewhere where I can't see them. Figured a simple restart would fix this, and it did--for about 3 windows. Now it's right back to the same thing. What's the fix? All software/updates are installed/current.
Even when I hit the Green button on any window it never maximizes the screen size to fill up the screen and still keep the dock showing at the bottom?Â
I just bought MacBook Air and a bit confused.Firstly, i can't find how to add another language to the keyboard. Is it possible?Secondly, I open the Safari and it's on the half of the screen. How to may picture bigger? There is no sign stretch anywhere. And is it possible to open a few windows with safari like in iphone?
Have a unibody 17" i7 MBP and get the screen corruption primarily when running Safari 5.0 (whatever the newest build is). Interestingly enough I run a program called gxfCardStatus and if I choose Nvidia rather than Intel (or Auto which = Intel) the corruption goes away. If I choose Intel again the corruption is back. Not sure if this is a hardware issue or just a serious bug introduced by Safari 5.0. I don't remember having the problem before upgrading.
I am using MacBook Pro with OS X 10.9.2 and Safari 7.0.3. After an update of OS X, I cannot open pdf within Safari, It appears a gray screen. I tried several procedures in the forums, delete the plugin, restart, etc, but nothing.
Info: MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), Fail open PDF in Safari
I am having a problem getting out of an adware popup screen. It won't allow me to click out of it or open up a new tab on my Safari. I have attached a pic.
When I try to play a game on facebook, it only loads half of the screen like so... I've tried clearing out my browser, updating adobe, resetting safari, clearing out cache and cookies. Nothing seems to be working.
I'm having some issues with my Macbook Pro that just arose today. Randomly, when I'm on Safari, the screen will flash a little and the icons at the bottom will disappear. They will come back in a couple seconds and pop-ups that I usually only get when I first log on will appear. Safari also refreshes the page I was viewing. I did a little research and thought the issue might be google drive, but I do not have it installed on my Mac.
Safari will not allow me to enter full screen mode. This is a new occurrence as it has always worked before. When I either click on the two arrows on the top right of the browser or go to View > Enter Full Screen the browser makes a sound and remains the same.
My MacBook Pro would not boot this morning. Did a safe start and then everything worked except Safari. It quits immediately with a screen filled with letters and numbers. If you click on the Reopen it does the same thing. Tried the utilities / Disk Utility / Repair Disk permissions ... still doesn't work.
Hopefully somebody can tell me what's wrong. because it's getting basically impossible for me to do anything on 3 year old MBP. These are artifacts show up mostly when I use Safari. In fact when I CTRL T for a new a tab that's when it's the worst. But it happens when I'm using Photoshop sometimes and other programs. but anyway it seems to be getting worse.
