MacBook Pro :: WD Elements Desktop 1.5 TB Compatible With Lion?

I'm looking to buy an external hard drive, primarily to save my video editing work on Final Cut, so as not to bog down my Macbook with footage. IO heard that the WD Elements Desktop 1.5 TB drive was a good brand (WDBAAU0015HBK-NESN) was a good brand, although none of the literature I'm finding online confirms whether it's compatable with OS X Lion. Is it? Specifically, I'm running 10.7.2. If the WD Elements isn't compatible, do you reccomend another external hard drive that would work?

I just bought a new iMAC 24" and was about to buy Photoshop Elements 6 from Amazon. Then I read some disturbing reviews about this latest version not working very well, if at all on Macs. Some recommended going with Elements 4, but finding a new version of "4" is impossible.

transfer my files from my WD external drive to my MBP but to no avail. I installed them both and after that, my WD Elements wont show anymore. It was working before prior to installing MacFuse & NTFS-3G. So I tried to remove them both but still the same problem. It wont detect my WD external drive anymore. The light on my WD drive is lighted up as usual but can't be found on Finder. I also tried to remove the WD external drive from my MBP and it recognises that my WD is there! Its says did not unmount correctly, something like that. I also tried to isolate the problem using another computer, this time, Windows and it works well.
The Culprit of all this is when I install MacFue & NTFS-3G

I bought an HP Photosmart Premium C310 printer and I am having trouble. Apparently they are not compatible with with Mac OS X v10.7 Lion. I'm feeling a bit like a ping-pong ball with my brand new $250 paperweight, otherwise know as the Epson Picturemate 300 SHOW compact printer. I dumped Canon because they stopped supporting the Selphy 780 after about 2 years. That said, when I try to add the SHOW, Apple "says" their is no compatible software and to check with the printer manufacturer. So i check with Epson....they say check with APPLE!
