MacBook Air :: Spore Still Work On 1.6 Ghz Version?

I was looking at the requirements for Spore and saw this Dual 2.0GHz CPUs, or 1.7GHz Core 2 Duo, or equivalent My concern is that I pre-ordered this for my wife so that she could take it on her deployment with her and enjoy playing it, but now I am worried that it might be for naught. I've never really played any games on the MBA yet and am wondering if any of you have played games with similar requirements but still had decent results.
I just bought a Rev A 1.6 ghz MacBook Air as a secondary computer for school(I already have a iMac). I was wondering if it would be able to play Spore, and more importantly, if I could transfer the game saves over from my iMac to my MBA.`
Will Spore and Spore galactic adventures run efficiently on the aluminum Macbook 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo? I have 2GB of stock RAM, what kind of RAM would you suggest using to upgrade it to 4 GB? I might of used someone else's message from another game, but still..we are in the same situation.
After my other thread and a bit more research I have decided that Boot camp will suit my needs the best.My next question, which Version of Windows will work the best on the MBA. I know 100% that it won't be Vista. But cant decide between Win XP or Win 7.
I have a new air book with Lion version 10.7. 3. Skype was working fine but when I called yesterday my camera is not working. I can hear and see my caller and he can hear me but no picture of me.
When I check Skype preferences there is no picture from the camera, yet the little green light is on by the camera. I have reloaded the latest version of skype but still no visuals.
Just bought a Macbook Air running 10.9.4 and was trying to transfer iPhoto library from our old laptop via an external HD.
After I copied the old library to Pictures folder, iPhoto prompted me to install and run upgraded.
I did that but when I try to open iPhoto it still prompts me "The photo library needs to be upgraded to work with this version of iPhoto." after I click upgrade it shuts down immediately. When I try to access the library as described above, it only opens what I believe is called a package.
reading "Pictures-bash-80x24"
Do I delete the Pictures folder and start over? if so, how?

I've got a Mac Pro1,1 (Mid 2006) with a 7300GT installed. I want to upgrade the card as cheaply as possible. I've looked on Apple Store and according to reviews/comments the ATI HD 5770 will be compatible, but its �199!? The PC version is only �100.
I know you can flash the ATI 4870, but even this is out dated now? And most of the links on the guides here are dead/the stores don't stock them anymore.
Is it possible to buy a PC version ATI HD 5770 and flash it to work with my Mac Pro?
Why will my upgraded version of picasa not work on my IMac??It will start to load and then error message and cuts off. ( Picasa is photo editing software)

I own an older version of Office for Mac. Clicking word, it says version X Clicking Office it says version X. It works fine with tiger. If I upgrade to leopard, will it still work? I'd rather not to have to buy the newest 2008 version.
My Ti Power Book finally died after 13 yrs service. I bought a new MacBook Pro 15" last month, running 10.5.8. I have a full backup of the old computer on an external drive and I connected it to recover some of my data. When I tried to open the old Address Book (V 4.0) it told me this version will not work on the new PB. Is there any way to open this or print it out??
Epson Scan.app version 3.8.0 will not open in OSX 10.7.4. I use the scanner Epson Perfection 1640SU. The scanner works with the Image Capture application, but refuses to open the Epson Scan Application. I have tried everything I know to try with no luck.

I own the latest version of an iMac, and my sound refuses to work.However, when I start the computer up, it makes the long noise just before the gray pages with the dark gray apple comes up. But other than that, I have zero sound on the computer. I can't play my iTunes, nor can I watch youtube videos. Zip. Nada. No sound.
On my iMac, Java applications won't work. I tried opening minecraft, and several other Java applications. All of them have a message that pops up saying, "Not compatible version of Java 1.5+ is available." I tried updating it but their is no update for Java it says on my updater.
What if the operating software on my computer is Mac OS X Version 10.6.8, will that work to set up iCloud?? And if not, how do I get the updates I need?
I ordered Snow Leopard from Amazon for like $25 and then I found out that I qualified for an "Up-To-Date" version of the Snow Leopard that is like $9.95. Which version of Image Capture should be in Snow Leopard Mac OS-X 10.6.8 When my wife attempts to run Image Capture 3.0.3 on her system (her Imac cannot be upgraded to Lion unfortunately) is unable to run. The error message is: You cannot use this version of the application Image Capture with this version of Mac OS-X.
In order to install Windows 7 via bootcamp, do you have to use the full version of windows or can you use the upgrade disc to install? I figured I should ask before buying another license as I have an upgrade version of Windows 7 Pro that I don't use. I do own previous versions of Windows (all of them....just like I do Mac OS).

after a lot of testing we have managed to clear everything around the topic of flashing stock PC X1900XT/512Mb (256Mb is NOT working!!) with MacPro EFI ROM. Thank you all guys at Strangedogs! It WORKS prefectlly! Ofcourse flashing card with MacPro EFI rom reenders card useless in regular PC, you have to flash it back with original bios to make it work in PC again. Has anyone tested this scenario? Since PC versions of the 3870 are cheaper than the PC+Mac version, I was wondering if I'd be able to crossfire the PC+Mac version, and a regular PC version. (Obviously I'd only be looking to run Crossfire on the Windows side.) Would this setup cause problems with either the OS X or Windows side? BTW, I've got the 2008 Mac Pro with 2 PCI-E x16 slots.
I just bought my wife a new Al MacBook and need to migrate her Treo 700p from her old Windows machine to the new Mac. I used to use Palm Desktop for Mac and know it is a little quirky and may have some issues with Leopard, so I'm trying to decide whether I should go down that path or just install Fusion and run the windows version in a VM. Anybody have any recommendations either way? She uses Palm Desktop only for syncing, so I don't need to worry about the Leopard iSync issues.
I have a Macbook Unibody 2.4 and an iMac Aluminum 2.8 C2E. I just wanted to play around with Windows 7, not cause any serious issues, and just, you know, try it out; not do any serious testing. For my purposes, do you think Im better off downloaded the 64-bit of 32-bit version? And which computer will handle windows 7 better?
