I noticed that the drivers are not yet 64 bit compliant so I searched KM web site and download the latest drivers in the hope that they would be compliant (They were not)
So the fix here (Mainly Safari, iCab & Textedit, is to open them in 32 bit mode (Command I, more information, click open in 32 bit mode).
After installing I could not print with a message saying the drivers were not correctly installed.

Feb 22, 2008we have a macbook pro running Leopard. My wife and I have separate user accounts on the single laptop and keep the music in one central Public folder (both or our iTunes are pointed to this public folder). For some reason, my wife is unable to make any changes to song info (album art, change genre, etc.). However, she can play the music, update her Nano, import music, etc. The only thing she can't do is make changes to the song info. This isn't an issue with my account because I am the primary user account on the computer. We are both set up as Admin and I have assigned Read/Write privileges to all files. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Tech support/program specialist has no idea.

Jun 28, 2012I am not sure how it happened but after upgrading the gmail account, the user accounts were changed from standard users to Mobile Me users. None of the users has ever had that type of account, and I am trying to figure out how to get it back to a standard user account. When the user attempts to log in, it asks for the user name, but also the Mobile Me user name (which they do not have). to make it worse, Mobile Me is no longer accpting new users, so I annot just add an account and log in using the new info.

May 17, 2009I have recently noticed that all of my accounts have become Standard accounts. I no longer have Administrator privileges for my computer (MacBook). I tried going through Root to change my normal account back to Administrator but according to my accounts preference pane even my Root account is listed as standard. I can check the allow user to be an administrator on this computer but it does not save this preference and will un-check once another user is selected or the window is closed.
I have also tried creating a new account through single user mode but again to no avail.How would I go about fixing this problem? I would like to install some new software and some software is no longer working the way it once did since this change.

On exactly the same server.Is this possible in any way...? Apr 3, 2010I have a MBP and a Time Capsule, but I also am considering an online backup service (in case of theft).
I would look at Mobile Me but I have circa 50GB of photo's and video's to back up and so there is not enough space.
I have had a look at IDrive which gives 150GB for $5 a month however i'm not sure whether it would affect Time Capsule as it also appears to back up files that have changed.

I have the iTunes View setup as: Show movies in the cloud However all my cloud content (links) has disappeared. I can only see what is physically downloaded. The artwork with the little cloud banner is not there anymore.

Apr 17, 2012I nearly purchased and downloaded James Cameron's Aliens, when I noticed below the purchase buttons the note that This movie will not be available from iTunes in the Cloud. Why? Isn't that point of a digital copy? I could just as easily buy a used DVD cheaper and rip it. The film is still for sale in the iTunes store, why could I not get it in the Cloud? Aperture :: Sync Is Only Possible By Using Creative Cloud?
Jun 28, 2014Actually I am not a Professional User, but I like the possibilites of the RAW format and how Aperture handled it. And there was a good integration within the Apple world, I could easily stream photos from Aperture to Apple TV and sync them with an iPad without using any cloud s**t.
I had a look on Lightroom now, and it seems like sync is only possible by using a "creative cloud"? I don't want to upload all my photos to any Apple/Adobe/NSA server and will never do this, so is there any way to do a local sync to have these photos on my iPad as album in photos? What's about the new "Photos" App, can it handle RAW (without doing a conversion to jpeg first of all, like iPhoto does) and can it still sync locally?
Can I stream photos from Lightroom to AppleTV directly? Or is it a good time now to buy something more open like Chromecast? Can I access Lightroom Albums via the file open dialog? When I order prints or create a photobook I have access to iPhote and Aperture Albums, but I believe that other solutions are not available via file system.
I really don't like the way Apple is going. If you like to do anything more as upload some photos from you 99$ digtial cam to facebook, Apple is not the solution anymore. And what I read is the Lightroom isn't really stable on Apple Hardware, everywhere I read that Lightroom on Windows is better a million times compared to the Mac Version.
