I have set it up as IMAP ok and have followed every instruction on both apple sites and on gmail sites. No success. Do these folders not get set up automatically in IMAIL?Â

Apr 10, 2012The App Store is showing that an update to Facetime is available, but the update is v 1.0.2 and the installed version is newer; 1.1.1. When I click the update button I get a dialog that "FaceTime can't be installed on "Macintosh HD" becuase the version of Mac OS S is too new." The App Store continues to show this update is available, how do I get rid of it?

Apr 9, 2012I recently wiped my MacBook Pro 5,3 and reinstalled snow leopard from the disc that came with it. I updated to 10.6.8 and opened the App Store to upgrade to Lion. I purchased Lion when it came out and it's always shown in the App Store as Purchased or Installed, but now I don't see it. I'm signed in to the same account on the same Mac. Why don't I see it come up? The App Store wants me to buy it again.

May 12, 2012I purchased and installed OSX Lion last year on two machines. I decided yesterday to finally update the last from OS 10.6.8 to Lion but find that 'OSX Lion' is missing from the my 'Purchased' list! The only other App that is missing is 'OSX Lion Server' (surprise surprise...)Â
What is also strange is that on the machines running OS 10.7.4, 'OSX Lion' is not showing as installed in the Mac App Store either! So I could in theory buy 'OSX Lion' again on a machine that is running OSX Lion!Â
How do I get to upgrade my Mac to Lion without buying it needlessly?Â

I exchanged the codes and now I have in my ID 30 dollars. But when I go to purchase OS Lion, I click in Download app and the Mac App Store ask me to change my billing data. I created my Apple ID many years ago without a Credit card. So I click Finish but the Download does not start. Â Â

Mar 22, 2012When I search for OS X Lion in the app store as directed on Apple's site, all I get are some related books and a few random apps not the system software itself. When I click the "upgrade to Lion" buttons on Apple's site, I get a message saying Safari can't open the page because it doesn't recognize an address starting with "macappstore." I get a similar message when I use Firefox. The whole thing is very circular; the upgrade buttons lead nowhere, and the app store doesn't seem to sell Lion. Any ideas as to what's happening, or, more important, where I can buy Lion online?

Apr 7, 2012I've just upgraded to Lion and am having trouble downloading some apps (some work just fine). I originally thought it was my internet connection, but it seems stable. Also, my mac meets all of the applications requirements.The first app i'm having trouble with has been paid for, but as soon as I hit 'install', it shows up in the Launchpad for a few seconds, and the status bar doesn't progress.
