Mar 9, 2012Am I missing something in the App Store or is there not a way to make a "favorites list"? I see so many apps I would like to use or at least read more about and not necessarily download right away. I don't see a way to add an app I like to any sort of list, perhaps an "App Wishlist". When you shop at just about any online store, you are offered the option to "Add item to Wishlist" or "Save for Later".

I have done so for FCX and I am a bit worried that I will have to pay again in case I wanted to install on a new machine.And in fact to prove the isse I have done so do for a couple of (paid) games which I did remove from my machine.Instead of a download I get the full price....but I paid.

What I have observed is that the updates for the application are still in the list in the app store. I tried to install the application again, and install the update, but when the new updates came out, it started repeating.

Jun 15, 2012I have updated iPhoto recently through Mac App Store, but then I had to reinstall it. I've deleted iPhoto from my computer and now it doesn't show up in Purchases list. When I search for it manually, it says Accept, I click on that and then get an error message stating that it's already in Purchases list, but it isn't there.
I've restarted my MacBook Pro several times but iPhoto just doesn't show up in Purchases list.

Jun 17, 2014Upgraded to ITunes 11.2.2, the latest, using 10.6.8 OS on an Imac and first I noticed no images in my Wishlist. Just a blank screen, with the ability to sort by name ,etc tab. Now when I do a search for an artist or an album on the store, I get a blank screen also for results, i see the text for showing the options of Aps, Music, Movies, but no images of search results.

Before it was annoying, having to purchase both the regular video and HD video, then delete the unwanted HD download from my queue list, but now it's a problem. I can't empty the unwanted HD downloads, and for me to download them all will tie up my connection for a week or more.

Click Change Store to view this article". If I click to change the Store from the Spanish to the American store, I have to fill the data but my ID apple is not working on the "foreign" store. What can I do? Is there a way to buy / download items from a different Itunes stores?

Intel Mac :: Everything Works Except It Won't Load Web Pages Or Connect To ITunes Store, App Store Etc?
Apr 13, 2012On 6 th April my BT homehub2 updated it's firmware and that's when the problems started. Broadband went down completely and powerlineadapters adapters for bt vision fried. After 2 telephone support calls we eventually got the home hub reset and connected to broadband. Bt supplied two new powerlineadapters and bt vision is now working. Laptop, iPhones and iPad (and bt vision) all connect fine and work completely well.
My iMac running OS X 10.7.3, appears to work in that it connects no problem to home hub and when you run diagnostics it says your Internet connection appears to be working normally... However I cannot get a web page to load - I have tried chrome, Firefox and safari. The bizarre thing is using Outlook I can send and receive email, also my apple devices are still syncing via the iCloud - that would suggest that the iMac is indeed connecting wirelessly to the router and sending and receiving data - just no web pages at all - also it can't connect to things like iTunes store or apples app store... Everything was working fine until the firmware update!
Also may/may not be related but when I log in now I always have to manually connect to router, it always connects fine but it used to do it automatically, also recently upgraded to Lion and I have my doubts there too?

May 25, 2012Have just upgraded my macbook to Lion. I logged into the app store, bought, downloaded and installed Lion no problem.
After upgrade I returned to the app store to download ibooks author. I can find ibooks author but when I try and install the app I have to sign in and I get a "connection failed" error message.
The same happens in iTunes when I try and view my account - "The network connection failed"
I can access the internet with no problems - including secure sites. I can access software update with no problems.
I have made no changes to my network settings - could sign in and download apps before upgrade, unable to after upgrade.

May 1, 2012Receiving individual Final Cut X redemption codes for our fleet of MAC Minis begs the question; "How do we deploy this software". There must be a better(easier faster way) than to download, install and configure each machine separately. (This will take weeks). This software cannot, it seems, be deployed by Apple Remote Desktop. Is there anyway of downloading FC X to one MAC and cloning the image to the rest of the fleet?
