App Store :: Accidental Deletion From Purchased List?
Jun 10, 2012
I accidently clicked the little x next to my purchase of Lion, and now it is not on my purchased apps list. How do I get it back on my purchased list, so I don't have to pay to download it again?
Info:
Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4), 8 x 2.8 GHz 10 GB RAM, Radeon 4870
I've got more than one person downloading apps to my iTunes, and so I'd like to list all apps purchased by one account (meaning the same email address). How can I separate apps like this? I can't seem to find any columns that I can add to the Apps tab to sort apps in this way.

I went to run some updates and found a copy of Angry Birds, bought with an ID attached to a Russian email address. I didn't recognise it, so it looks pretty dodgy.

I had a hard drive crash in my iMac. Lost all data because my external back had failed two day earlier! Anyway, how do I get stuff I purchased back on my machine, such as iWork, and more that I can 't recall right now.
I recently discovered that an app I previously purchased is no longer on my iPhone or iMac. When I log in to my Apple account and look at my purchase history it clearly shows I paid $4.99 for it on March 11th 2011. Now if I go to the App Store to re-download it I see that it's $4.99, I assumed once I clicked on "Buy" that a pop-up would appear notifying me that it has already been purchased and ask if I would like to re-download it for free. However, when I click on it a pop-up appeared asking if I would like to buy it and that $4.99 will be charged to my credit card if I do. Has anybody heard of this happening before and more importantly does anyone know how I can re-download this app without paying for it?
I purchased Call of Duty 2 on the app store, played it through and then deleted it, expecting that I could download it again when I wanted to play it again. That has been possible with other games - and Call of Duty 2 - but now COD2 isn't in my purchased list, and the App store asks me to pay again for it.

I have just purchased a game from the app store. The download was interupted. When i restarted the laptop I went to the purchases section of the app store to resume the download. The only option there now though is to install. If i click it the button dims for a few seconds then is bold again. Not setup sequence starts. Is there a way of restarting the download?
I bought a macbook pro the last september it was sell with osx lion. The first time i went to appstore i saw osx lion under the purchased with installed button But now is disappeared. When i go to osx lion page the button shows the price. How can i fix this problem?
I just got my hands on a retail copy of iWork '09... Installed, updated and works great! But when I launch App Store on Mac, I do not see it under "purchased". I have even gone in Pages -> Register Pages and registered the iWork Suite with Apple. How do I get it to show in Purchased in the App Store.

I bought through the App Store the OS X Lion but I did not download it at the moment. I waited a few days. Now I do not know where I can download it from.
I recently wiped my MacBook Pro 5,3 and reinstalled snow leopard from the disc that came with it. I updated to 10.6.8 and opened the App Store to upgrade to Lion. I purchased Lion when it came out and it's always shown in the App Store as Purchased or Installed, but now I don't see it. I'm signed in to the same account on the same Mac. Why don't I see it come up? The App Store wants me to buy it again.
I've been working with this problem and have tried almost everything. I have my macbook new reinstall with a clean installation of Lion. From that moment it is totally impossible to purchased apps to download or update from the appstore.I reset everything. (Appstore & Store agent)

I accidentally hit the "x" on the "Purcased apps" page of the Mac App Store. I know that if you go to Store -> View My Account and click "View Hidden Purchases" it should show me the purchases that I have hidden, and allow me to "UnHide" them. However when I click on the "View Hidden Purchases" link it leads me to a page that says "You do not have any hidden purchases." I know I do, because it even says "You have hidden 12 items" to the left of the "View Hidden Purchases" link.
I know that this seems kinda confusing, it's even confusing to myself but my mind is boggled. I don't understand why it would be saying that I have 12 hidden items, then I click the link to view them and it says I have none. I've tried logging out of and into the app store and restarting my computer.
after you purchase songs from the itunes store it goes into the playlist purchased. i loved the way it was sorted. as in once i bought a song it would go to the bottom of the playlist. somehow i screwed that sorting option up. anyone know how to get it back to how it was originally sorted?
I recently purchased an album (Adele 21) on iTunes. When I try to play it back 1 song (#4 Dont You Remember) always ask for my apple id and password in order to "authorize the computer"to play that 1 song.I then enter an endless loop of being asked to authorize, acknowledgement of the authorization while I still caonnot play that song...
Do I need to start over with a new download of Iphoto 11 if it wasn't purchased from the apps store. Do I save any money from an upgrade as opposed to buying a new license from the app store
I have purchased Garageband from the App Store and it downloaded seamlessly, worked well for the first few hours, on the next launch it wouldn't start unless i download some additional stuff of 1.6GB of size which i did. Once done and started installing it stops at some point before it completes installing and suddenly closes the application, when started again it askes for the download again. I did try downloading again, same scenario. Also, Garageband is not showing in my Purchases section of the MAS.
