I'm not really great with technology and I was wondering would somebody be able to give me a step-by-step guide on how to put videos under one title (like an audiobook, if that's possible). My sister uploaded videos on youtube of her wedding/holidays etc and I have them on my iTunes (there are about 20 of them!) but in the movie library it all looks a mess! I was wondering is it possible to put all the movies under one title? I know I can just make a playlist or something but can be same be done in the movie library?
I don't as of yet have a credit card, but I do have some App Store credit left from a gift card given to me on my birthday. How do I use that instead of a CC?
Recently purchased music and video appears in Purchased playlist, but not in Library. Tried reboot, toggling Match, Genius and Store on/off, now running out of ideas.

All my media works well (songs, podcasts, new films), but my collection of old films which I ripped, don't seem to produce any sound. I ripped 2 new films, which produce sound so I am confused why the older films will not. Just installed the new iTunes update this morning.
I've just bought Apple TV and seeing the way navigation works I've tried to change the genre in itunes to categorize my films. I can change the genre on some, but most of them I can't - the function is greyed out when I go to 'Get Info'.
I'm have iTunes 10.6.1 and have just downloaded two HD movies from iTunes. They downloaded fine but when I went to play movies I get the following message "This movie requires QuickTime, which is not supported by this version of iTunes"! I can play the movie via QuickTime but not via iTunes. I am also unable to sync the movie to my iPad as it states during the sync that "this movie will not play on your iPad".
I've been searching everywhere for a solution to this: For a while I've been downloading audio plays, which come in about 30 tracks and which I put onto a CD then re-import after joining all the tracks to make them more manageable. This was working fine until today, when suddenly the "Join CD tracks" option is no longer available but greyed out. I've made sure the CD tracks are listed correctly - by track number - and I've made sure that the original tracks downloaded have been deleted before trying to re-import them. Still nothing - still greyed out. This was working perfectly until tod
This seems to be an ongoing problem and you can see from my other posts that it is still not resolved: I have a restored previous Itunes library now appearing in my Itunes application, but when I click on any music within it, a box comes up saying: "The song can not be used because the original file could not be found, would you like to locate it?" When I click on this, it just takes me to the 'Music' file which is completley empty. I am scared to connect my Ipod in case I lose all that is on there as well and can not find the 'manually manage music' in preferences. I also have a brand new Ipad that I need to sync with ITUnes. I am also concerned about connecting my external hard drive for the same reason as I can not find anywhere in Time machine preferences that will turn off the automatic download once the external hard drive is connected. I am running Mac OSX 10.5.8 & Itunes 10?
I upgraded to iTunes 11.4 today, and now I'm not able to sync my iPhone 5s. The sync button is greyed out. I tried reinstalling, reauthorizing, signing in again in iTunes and my iPhone. I also restored my phone twice...not sure what else to do. I'm running Snow Leopard (10.6.8) on an iMac Intel Core Duo.

Recently the songs I puchase from Itunes store will not download to my computer. I keep getting an error message... something about check my internet connection. I can download purchased songs on my other Apple devices on the same network. So I think there is something wrong with my settings.

I have some short videos I tried to download onto Youtube, the sound is fine but the picture is in slow motion or only some frames are shown. I've been told I need to reduce the size of the movie to below 100MB. Is there a way of doing this. Once the film was edited I exported for Web. It plays fine on my computer desktop but not on Youtube.
Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but is there any way to adjust iMovies audio levels (besides the basic fade in/out) or having it fade out when another clip comes in. Is there a way to control the volume of any part of an audio clip?
I found that every time when I want to update the iphotos and imovies and the native apps in the mac book it is needed to use the first apple id that used for the first time you turn on the mac book.Since that id is not used now and i want to change it, any body knows how to change it? And although my current admin id has changed, but still when updating iphotos the very first id is needed.

I puchased Final Cut Pro and downloaded it. I am needing to download it on a second computer. Final Cut is not showing up under my "Purchased" items in my Itunes account.
I purchased 25 songs today on iTunes but can't move them from "purchased" to "library" - I can move them directly to playlists. I am using cloud. why they aren't showing in my library?

I have 2 films which are each their own video TS file. When using toast to burn a dvd, I can only drag one of the video TS files. Each video TS file is a full length movie, but what I want from each movie is one short film which is part of the extras. So I want 2 short films on one DVD. How can I put these 2 short films on to one disc?
My Daughter was given an i-tunes voucher and set up an account on i-tunes and then purchased songs using the voucher. the trouble is, we had a single account that we used for purchasing songs so that we could all download the purchased songs. Now she has synced her i-phone against her new account but i'd simply like to bring the new songs she purchased back into the main library and keep it that way.
I was at work today and purchased an HD TV Show on my computer. The episode downloaded I watched it then I deleted it. The space is very limited on the work computers otherwise I would have kept it on there. I go home and tell iTunes to get my newest downloads, and it only downloads the Standard Definition version of the show I purchased.
