I recently wiped my MacBook Pro 5,3 and reinstalled snow leopard from the disc that came with it. I updated to 10.6.8 and opened the App Store to upgrade to Lion. I purchased Lion when it came out and it's always shown in the App Store as Purchased or Installed, but now I don't see it. I'm signed in to the same account on the same Mac. Why don't I see it come up? The App Store wants me to buy it again.

I have purchased Garageband from the App Store and it downloaded seamlessly, worked well for the first few hours, on the next launch it wouldn't start unless i download some additional stuff of 1.6GB of size which i did. Once done and started installing it stops at some point before it completes installing and suddenly closes the application, when started again it askes for the download again. I did try downloading again, same scenario. Also, Garageband is not showing in my Purchases section of the MAS.

My Daughter was given an i-tunes voucher and set up an account on i-tunes and then purchased songs using the voucher. the trouble is, we had a single account that we used for purchasing songs so that we could all download the purchased songs. Now she has synced her i-phone against her new account but i'd simply like to bring the new songs she purchased back into the main library and keep it that way.

Had an issue with my Macbook Pro recently in that it wouldn't start up. A friend got it sorted but when I booted up had to put all my details in and instal all new updates. I didn't lose any of my data from my machine it had all been moved to a Previous Systems folder on the hard drive. No problem, imported everything back to the current folder. Anyway as soon as I tried to watch anything that had been bought through the iTunes store wouldn't work. The screen opens and the timer ticks away like it's playing but no sound and just a grey box.

I just attempted to update my iPhone to IOS 5.1, but before the update started I got this message: "There are purchased items on the iPhone “Charles Bond’s iPhone” that have not been transferred to your iTunes library. I don't understand this message. I thought that if I bought a song or an app from my iPhone it would be brought to iTunes on my MacBook when I did a synch, or direclty from the store. How would I identify what items the message is referring to, and how would I add them to my library?

I just purchased an album from the iTunes store and it downloaded the whole album except one song, which it tells me it can't download because the file is corrupted. It tells me to re-download by pressing "Check Available Downloads", which if done many times and it doesn't work! It just keeps telling me the same thing over and over. I think the error is -100000.
