Can I open iTune and drag to iBook, then sync to iPad? What programmer iBook will accept?

Why Pages and Numbers can't be sync (after dragged) on my iPad with use iTunes on my MacBook Air? I just do Internet later. Just in case.

So over the past few months I have noticed this small bug/glitch in iTunes... and it is very annoying.
I cannot drag songs from playlists into different order. iTunes just doesn't let me drag at all.
I have to quit iTunes, then restart it. It will work for one time, but as soon as I got back to "Library" and then try to go back and edit a playlist, I have to exit iTunes.
Any fix for this?
When I drag a file from my desktop to another folder it stays on the desktop.

I am making an application featured like mac mail as in mac mail if we drop a file in message area then that file is as an attached file and we can drag that file to desktop and double click on the file to open it.

Apple Support Communities On my MBP on Mac OS X Lion, I have problems when I am installing apps. When I drag the app from the dmg file to my Apps folder, and when I open it, the app just jumps up and down on the dock.
When I force quit it, it does not go away, so I have to use Activity Moniter to quit the dock and when I open the app then, it works fine. reasons and solutions for this problem?

I just finished a project in FCP. I exported it in QT format, and then created an iDVD project with it. Looks great. I've burend several DVD's, everything is fine. The movie file is 14.2 GB in size. Now, I need to drag the .mov file to a flash drive or SDHC card go I can give it to someone to play on their laptop. For some reason, I am getting a "File too large for volume's format" error no matter what I do. I have tried a 16GB USB flash drive, a 32GB SDHC card, and even a blank DVD. I ge the same error everytime. Is it a FAT32 limitation, or what am I missing here? How can I distribute this on flash media?Â

View 3 Replies View RelatedI go to File, Open select my video file(mp4) and open it. It plays with no problem in the preview window in fcp. But when I drag it onto the time line the video plays but there is just loud beeps continously.Nothings wrong with the video clip. I tried several different ones. Sometimes it doesnt play the video at all and just says unrendered when i put it on the timeline.

IF you cannot drag and drop in iTunes for Mac then the issue is your Windows Mouse. Use a Apple Mouse or the Touchpad. It will solve the problem.

just recently, as of 2 or 3 days ago, I suddenly cannot drag songs in itunes anymore. More specifically, I can't add songs to playlists, and I can't manage songs in the playlists. anyone else having this problem, or is this something new in itunes? View 24 Replies View RelatedI have most of my music hosted on an FTP server, so I'm looking for a way to drag and drop from the FTP server (connected either through Finder, or any other client) into iTunes, and then have iTunes copy the music to my library. That way I don't have to download it to my local HDD, then import into iTunes, then delete the orginal. Just skipping a ton of extra work if I can drag and drop. Currently, I only get disconnected from the server if I try to drag and drop from Finder, and get nothing from Filezilla, and Transmit.

I am not able to sync individual songs as gives the no entry symbol when trying to drag over iphone and music. If I press autofill on the bottom it transfers the entire music library just can't do individual songs. Also can't sync any books. I am running itunes 10.6. Utterly useless! I usually drag a selection of purchased and other songs in every couple of weeks for my daily commutes with this 'new' setup it would take a week to drag in a playlist coz I have to wait for every album!Â

It's the weirdest thing. I can drag a few songs out onto the desktop, then it stops letting me. Only a restart fixes this temporarily.
I've had the last two versions of Keynote and just upgraded to iWork '09. In the past I could drag a file from iTunes and drop it on to a slide and that song would be there. Now when I drag it over I get the green + sign, but when I try to drop it, nothing happens. I can still add the same file by using the media browser and searching for it in my iTunes playlist, but that takes significantly longer.
I use a lot of sound files in my presentations and it's much faster and more convenient to find them in iTunes and drag-drop them into Keynote.
When I have an Iphone or Ipod attached to the computer and showing up in Itunes, I was just wondering how to drag and drop movies or music directly to the media device, without first dragging it into the Itunes media library or into a playlist. I used to be able to do this. Since then, I must have updated Itunes or reinstalled it or something. But now I can't drag and drop anything directly onto the media player. I can't create new playlists directly on the media player either (I have to open them under "Playlists" and then checkmark them to be synched. I'm assuming there must be some sort of simple setting in the options that I've changed.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI don't know when this started, but it's been the case for months: let's say I drag 10 albums' worth of files to copy to my iPhone (under manually manage music)--that will take a minute or so to copy via wi-fi. But, now, if I drag another album over to copy before the previous batch of 10 has finished transferring, the 10-album transfer is canceled, and the new album starts copying in its place. Before, dragging new files over to the phone during a copy would add to a "queue" such that your current copy job was not canceled.
