Is there a way to delete a photo album from my iphone 4s using my new MacBookPro?
You see the pictures where put on my iphone using my old PC. Since then I had to get rid of my PC and by a new mac computer.So the picture album on my iphone DOESNT EXISTÂ on my new computer

I'm creating a web site using iWeb '09 at the moment, and there are a few things I'm having trouble with:
1) Is there a way to set the key photos of photo albums? At the moment, it shows the first photo in the album. I'm using albums from my MobileMe gallery.
2) Is there a way to put search boxes on all pages, and not just the blog ones? I'd like to be able to put one on, eg, the 'About' page or the 'Photos' page, so that people can search the site/blog from any page.
3) I can't figure out how to set an iPhone web clip icon - how do you do this?
I have all the latest Mac and iTunes software and can't figure out how to delete incorrect album art work in iTunes. I've downloaded the correct art work but it adds it to the file and doesn't delete the incorrect one. The incorrect one still shows in iTunes and on my ATV's. I'm new to the Mac as well.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 4S and the latest iMac. I manually manage my content on my iPhone - I don't have anything automatically sync on it. But when I drag music over to my iPhone the album art does not travel with it. I have most of my audio in AIFF format in iTunes - other than stuff I buy digitally. I have found that once the audio is over on my phone, I then have to copy the artwork over not once but TWICE before it will update on the phone and show up. It does work though and that is fine.Â
My problem now is I purchase digital 'compilations' where each track has a different album cover because they come from different albums. I just dragged over 250+ tracks and I'm not going to go in 1 by 1 and copy the album covers over twice for each track.My phone used to update properly but in the last few months it stopped doing it properly so I'm wondering if there is something that needs to be reset on it to get it to work properly again.I have all the files on my iPhone coverted to 128K for size issues and all my files in iTunes are at least 320K or higher so they all get down-converted when they are moved onto the iPhone. I assume the artwork is somehow getting 'lost' in this conversion process.Â

I just found out that there seems to be a bug in iTunes 10.6. After I selected the option of œconvert higher bit rate songs to, album covers mysteriously disappeared. It took me a while to figure this out but I just deselected this option, replaced the albums and presto! Album covers are back again!

I've noticed this since iTunes 10.6 where the album art on my music, iTunes purchased or imported, doesn't get transferred over to my iPhone 4S (5.0.1) nor my iPhone 4 (5.1) with "Convert higher bitrate songs to XXX kbps AAC" checked in iTunes.Â
I've tried transferring with Lion and Windows 7 under Bootcamp (both OS are using the latest iTunes 10.6.1) and both are doing the same thing.Â
Is this a bug that Apple is missing (anywhere to send bug reports)?

i've got an iPhone 4 and a Mac with iTunes, and recently i encountered my first problem while re-importing music. first of all, when i add new albums to importing list, iTunes starts importing them immidiately and skips the songs i've already added (which means, i end up with having only the first song from every album on my iPhone).the other problem is, when i've patiently imported some music album by album, it turned out that none of the songs had cover images!

Is there such a thing as an iphone photo recovery software, a real one? During my last upgrade it hosed and I lost everything and the backup it performed right before the upgrade wasn't good. I just had my first kid and all his pictures were on there, from the first day of the hospital to 5 months. I'm dying slowly right now. If you don't get a follow up post within a couple of days please tell the detectives my wife killed me after I told her what happened.

I keep my large music collection on an external drive connected to an Airport Extreme in my home. I've embedded all my album artwork in the music files, and previously all the album artwork was displaying perfectly in iTunes. After upgrading to iTunes 10.5, however, most of my albums are missing the album art in the album list and Cover Flow. I know that the art is still in the file because it shows up in the "Now Playing" box in the lower left corner of the screen. The only way I have found to get the album art to show up again in the album list and Cover Flow is to go through the following steps: Â Control-click the first track of an album for which the cover art is not displaying correctly. From the context menu that appears, select Get Info.Click on the Artwork tab, then click Cancel.Â
Now the artwork shows up in iTunes in all views. I called Apple Support and asked if there's a faster way to fix the issue with the database. Manually fixing each album for hundreds of albums is no fun. Telling iTunes to Get Album Artwork doesn't work because most of my music was not purchased from iTunes but was ripped from CDs I already own. It's very frustrating because I already spent hours finding and embedding the hi-res album art in my files. I paid extra for Apple products because I expect them to at least avoid corrupting my databases.
When importing multi disc CD albums they will show up as three separate albums, 1,2 & 3 for example.How do I set it up so they show as one, 3 disc album and play through? Â

For some reason, when I download the album artwork from iTunes for "Music from and Inspired by Spider-Man," it instead shows artwork for "Ethnicali: Music Inspired by the Golden State." I don't even have that album. There was another album of mine that iTunes applied the wrong artwork to as well, but I can't remember it off-hand. In any case, does anybody have any suggestions as to what I could do to fix this issue. I already submitted feedback to Apple about the problem as well.Â

I have several folders that have albums in them. When I click on a specific folder/album, "mushrooms", I receive the spinning rainbow wheel and then Iphoto crashes. This only occurs with this folder/album. All the other folders/albums work fine.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just finished an original rock album, registered it with Gracenote, and it is being sold through itunes and many other places via cdbaby. The album is also available to download via Dropcards to people that buy or receive a download crad from us in person. PROBLEM is, when you download the cd, the tracks are in the proper order as on the album when they are in a folder from Dropcards, then you drag them into itunes and they are in ALPHABETICAL order in the RECENTLY ADDED folder! Under the MUSIC tab, they however are in proper album order. ?? It's good that the cd is properly registered and is in the right order in peoples main MUSIC list, but when I download albums, the easiest way to find the new album is under RECENTLY ADDED, which in my case would have people clicking on the wrong song to start listening to our record (not the intended feel we wanted to start the record with)Â

Recently I got a 3Gs and loaded it up with my old 3G backup. All the music was gone. No biggie, I just re-added it all. Then I upgraded to 3.1 and i noticed that in my iPod on the iPhone some of my albums were showing up as multiple entries. The difference is, it seems it would make a new album entry for every artist on the album. It's annoying because I used to just have one album but now its like 15 entries and i have to scroll through them all when they should all fall under that same album. WTF 3.1
View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to copy 3 photos from an album in iPhoto to my iPhone. I have tried to move them to PhotoStream. I "select" the photos in the Album and then click on PhotoStream in the "Share" menu at the bottom of the screen. Nothing happens. I have also tried emailing them tyo myself but iPhoto won't send the email. It tells me it doesn't recognize my ID and password. My operating is Lion on an iMac.
