Is there anywhere I can find just GarageBand? I have tried installing it (downloaded ilife) but every time get an error. I want GarageBand to make ring tones for my iphone.

I have 9 ringtones in I Tunes and I have it set to sync all tones to my I Phone. However, when I go into the Sound Settings on my I Phone, only 5 of my ringtones are there. How can I get the rest onto my phone?

Just like the title says Throughout the life of iTunes, I have been able to do this. Now, I cannot. It's super annoying, as I now have to go and sync each individual file. I've got thousands of files. It would drive me crazy to individually check each one to sync. Drag 'n' drop is much easier.
The only difference has been that I stopped using a mouse and began to use the Apple Magic Trackpad. I'm not sure if this has had any deleterious effect.

I have garageband 3.03 (06 Version) and I'm trying to make a dubstep song. I need to do that thing with the bass where it slows and speeds, but where you can turn up the track volume there is no speed setting so you can speed up and slow down parts of the track.

I got an app that allows me to create ringtones by dragging them from my desktop to the "tones" folder under library in itunes. For some reason when my iphone is plugged in a tones folder only appears under devices and not under library.

We have been trying to create a ringtone from a song in iTunes but cannot move it to the tones folder. We have followed all the instructions available on-line and changed the song to an AAC file, reduced it to under 30 seconds etc etc. It is described as a ringtone in the Get Info box but we cannot move it to the Tones folder in the library and therefore cannot sync to the iphone.

My Early 2009 MacPro4,1 is emitting regular repeating tones from the speaker at about 1202 am every night. I have no alarms set. I can't stop these tones unless I shut down. The computer is set to not sleep.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an iPhone 4S and the latest iMac. I manually manage my content on my iPhone - I don't have anything automatically sync on it. But when I drag music over to my iPhone the album art does not travel with it. I have most of my audio in AIFF format in iTunes - other than stuff I buy digitally. I have found that once the audio is over on my phone, I then have to copy the artwork over not once but TWICE before it will update on the phone and show up. It does work though and that is fine.
My problem now is I purchase digital 'compilations' where each track has a different album cover because they come from different albums. I just dragged over 250+ tracks and I'm not going to go in 1 by 1 and copy the album covers over twice for each track.My phone used to update properly but in the last few months it stopped doing it properly so I'm wondering if there is something that needs to be reset on it to get it to work properly again.I have all the files on my iPhone coverted to 128K for size issues and all my files in iTunes are at least 320K or higher so they all get down-converted when they are moved onto the iPhone. I assume the artwork is somehow getting 'lost' in this conversion process.

View 2 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden I no longer have the bell icon showing up on my itunes library. The odd thing is when I go to view>view options, "ringtones" is not even on the list of things to check. I don't know where it went. There used to be a bell icon next to the song and all you had to do was click on it and you could then make your ringtone. It used to be so easy. I even tried to right click on the song and go to create ringtone, but that doesn't show up either. Is there some setting I don't know about?

I'm not that experienced in making websites and I don't have the time to do it again (I did an spanish and english version already and made them look pretty good at least for me)
On my mac it looks great, on windows not so much and it takes it a lot to load. But on iPhone or BB it suuux so I wanted to make a mobile version of it but I haven't found a software that can transform it.
When I make an ICal entry on my iphone, it shws on my IPad ok, but not on my Mac.

I am currently in possession of a powerbook G4 15" which is having difficulties when charging. The battery i feel is fairly old as it does not retain charge well when not plugged in. The charger has recently become temperamental, charging at a very slow rate, if at all and usually works if held at a certain angle. The last few days i have noticed that the green ring around the charger port occasionally turns red and have unplugged the charger and left it.

I recently switched my iPhone account to a new computer, and I can't figure out how to make my computer recognize my apps on my phone. I have a new email that i use for my iTunes stuff and it works, but on my phone it doesn't recognize the new email and it shows the old email and asks for the password, but even my old password doesn't work. I'm so frustrated How can I make my phone change the old email to the new one? The only problem is for the App Store.
