The Yosemite overview states that I can answer and initiate calls. I can do neither. I have an IPhone 4S w/IOS 8.1.1. I have unlocked my phone and the results are the same.

When sent the invitation from a contact, I can answer, but there is no sound nor video. And when I send the invitation, it never arrives or loads. I'm a first time iMac and skype user. I downloaded skype 2.7 earlier today and managed to do a video call for 30 minutes without any problems. However, after trying to use it again 3 hours later, my iMac keeps shutting down everytime I make a video call. None of my video calls last more than a minute before my computer shuts down. I tried reinstalling skype from scratch again but t didn't work. Even the beta version failed to solve the problem. I'm new to both iMac and skype.

And besides that I can�t get video calls, or at least share web cam with anybody any more, either it will crash or I�ll be able to see the other person, but the other person won�t see me.I�ve updated to the latest 0.98 version, but no luck whatsoever.
