I had this app a while ago that I could use to save a full page in Safari (scrolled down to the bottom) and export it as a PDF, but I forgot the name of the app and I'd really like it back.

I am trying to make a list of the videos that i have shot with my digital camera....my 1Tb is almost full, so you can understand that is not that easy as looking into a folder with the big thumbnails
this is the expectation: to find an app that can
-create a preview of each video (qt, mov, m4v, wmv, avi, rm, etc)
-create few frames that shows the content of the video
-export the list of movies as web page, with the title of the video and the snapshot for each of them
Do you know if there is any way to achieve this result, without making manually everything?
I've found a software on pc, taht i can use with parallels, but it takes just 1 shot of the video, and not multiple, with the result that is hard to get what is in the video, especially when the video is 10-15 min long, and the name doesn't help to recall what was happening in that video
I've purchased a series of Tutorial DVDs from digitaltutors.com and now wanted to be able to see the movie tutorial files in my Archos player on my way to work. To do that I must encode the files on a different codec.
The thing is the quicktime .mov files have some kind of protection that won't let me export or save the files.
Is there any software that can unlock the .mov files? Or a workaround on this matter.
The title says it all. Pages 09 is intermittently hanging (spinning beachball) when I try to save or export a document. It doesn't happen EVERY time, so I can't reproduce it, but it's happened several times in the past few days. I'm running Snow Leopard on an original Intel iMac. Everything is updated to the latest versions. What might be causing this or how to stop it?

View 2 Replies View Relatedso I recently bought a Canon HD Camcorder 1080p with 32GB SD Card. After I am done shooting videos I have two programs to choose from: Final Cut Pro 2 and iMovie '09. It seems that Final Cut Pro does not import from Camcorders, so I have been using iMovie.
Once I start importing, it asks me if I want the movie in full 1920x1080 HD. I selected yes. Once I am done importing into iMovie, I want to export it to .mp4 in High Def but the only options iMovie gives me to export is iDVD, iTunes, YouTube and Mobile Me Gallery and none of those formats are in High Def.
How can I export my videos to .mp4 in full 1920x1080 format?
I seem to be having a hell of a time with all google related things. About 50% of the time I can't get to the google search page and get the error message Safari can't open the page [URL] because Safari can't connect to the server. When I am able to get into gmail, I am constantly being disconnected from gchat, like every 5 minutes. When it disconnects, it will try to reconnect, most of the time unsuccessfully. I then get the error message, unable to reach gmail please check your internet connection. This happens no matter what browser I use. However, when I try to connect from my husband's PC (same network), everything is fine. I've tried emptying my safari cache, tried uninstalling and re-installing both safari and firefox, and I am out of ideas. Any ideas about what is going on, and how I might fix this issue. I searched through the google help, and there were similar problems posted (none recently), but no answers on how to solve the issue. This has been going on for about a week now, and it's driving me up a wall.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI have pdf files I need to save, and the "save as" window drops down directly over the top of the page. Many times the pdf is scanned documents with titles, authors, and publication dates and journal names at the top of the first page. Therefore it is difficult (even though the drop down is opaque) to transcribe the article name into the save file as window, because that information is at the top of the page. I cannot scroll down in the document to have the information visible as it is typically page 1, and I cannot move the save as window over so I can see the file name I want to enter. I have to write the title down on a piece of paper then click save as then type the words in from the paper, even though the title I want to use is under the drop down.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI am trying to print a duplex copy on a HP CLJ 5550dn with Adobe InDesign CS4, I have recently upgraded from CS2 and had no problems with that in the past.
The problem I am having is that the duplex print only prints 3 quarters of the whole page either site. This is also happening on the one sided printouts too
using my white macbook, everytime i fire up safari it opens the last webpage that i visited, eg facebook or the login page of my bank account.
i have checked in preferences pane - ensured that the new windows and new tabs open with "homepage" and set the homepage field to [URL]( i even manually typed it in and selected "set to current page" to make sure it was ok ). then i go onto facebook, quit safari, re-open it and .. it's the facebook page again!Â
i reset safari and this has no effect. it didnt always used to be like this, just recently.
ps - so i used no capital letters, i broke my shoulder last week
Yesterday I made a project with iMovie and started to import it as a QuickTime .mov file. I�ve set everything to the best quality and encoding, without compression. My HD had 101Gb free space. This morning there was an error warning that the project could not be completed because the HD was full. I checked and there's 0kb of free space! How do I fix it? Where do I look for files to delete? What shall I do?
View 13 Replies View RelatedThe full screen mode of Preview always shows a small grey bubble on the botton of the screen that indicates the page number. I would like to remove this page numbering. Is that possible? Since the page numbers are not on the pdf itsself but created by Preview I could not find how to remove them. I added a screen shot to indicate which page numbering I mean.

Every time I try to export a movie in iMovie or burn a disk in iDVD an error message pops up and says that my startup disk is full. So I bought an external hard drive and backed up my mac using Time Machine. Now I want to delete everything off my mac's internal Hard Drive and use my external hard drive so I can empty my disk. Does this make sense? If so will you please tell me how to do so.

OmniDiskSweeper shows that most of the memory goes to my iTunes Media and Pictures/videos, but that shows just 61GB of hard drive used for Users. What could be using my hard drive space that doesn't show in OmniDiskSweeper?

Tonight i was working on a report in MS Office 08, and it was all fine and what not until one point i got some error message saying that the disk was full and i couldnt save it and to change the saving location. Anything this is on the main drive where i have ~40gb's left. So i put my USB Drive in to save it on that and it gave me the same error it wouldnt save on anything it just keep saying Disk Full.. Does anyone know what that is? Clearly its some sort of error/bug as i restarted the macbook and downloaded a picture and saved it on my desktop with no problems after the reboot. Im running mac osx 10.5.6

I saw a thread that said copy ~/Library/Keychains and put that on the new Mac, but I just want to make sure that that will work, or if there is someway I can actually view the passwords & logins, etc.
